Western Drain has always been taking care our daycare’s plumbing problems. They are very professional and friendly. All works are done excellent.

This plumbing company has by far been the most honest and reliable company, I woke up with a plumbing issue stressed and Anthony Navarro came out within an hour and cleared my line very reasonable pricing and trusting work.

I had a cracked drain under my second story bath tub. Anthony did an awesome job diagnosing the problem and knew exactly what was needed to quickly fix it. Super knowledgeable, responsive and fast.

This company responded on New Year's Day to fix a sewer backup. The plumber was friendly and very, very determined.
He spent a good 90 minutes working on this problem, which turned out to be a backflow valve that would not function.

Finally, after trying cables, etc., he cleared it by using a plunger on the cleanout. I am sure most plumbers would have given up and sold me a several thousand-dollar package to dig up and replace the valve. Not this plumber, and not this company. I'm very impressed.

Just had Armando come out to my house to look at a few things. He was such a great guy and just offered excellent service. Incredibly happy with him and the company!

Two week ago we made the mistake of calling Cummings to replace a water valve. Yesterday the plastic pipe connected to copper split and water was gushing. In less than 30 minutes Anthony arrived and immediately got to work. He finished the job, did it right, and water was back on. They are now at the top of our list for plumbing issues. Very professional and reasonably priced.

These guys were amazing and very responsive! They were able to fix my misaligned and cracked clay sewer pipe with trenchless repair and I was able to save my tree and some money! I would 100% recommend them.

Joe cleared up a shower drain that I think was probably 70 years old, had it running like new. And THEN he was sure to clean up his workspace, leaving the bathroom more tidy than when he had arrived. Very respectful, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Would leave a 10/10 if I could.
