My tech EJ showed up on time, dug into our issue quickly, provided detailed explanations and options, allowing us to make the choice best suiting our situation. I was recommended Western Drain and Plumbing by a family member. I had a weekend plumbing emergency that Armando and Anthony helped me with. Armando came out first and did a great job, unfortunately an issue with the repair came up and Anthony came out the next day to recheck and do a bit more work. They were both communicative and friendly and knew what they were doing. I found the price reasonable, especially for a weekend call. The one thing that impressed me and will make me hire Western Drain and Plumbing again and recommend them is that Armando guaranteed his work and Anthony honored that. I’ve used Western Drain and plumbing for the last few years. They are very reliable and very affordable. We had a back up in our master shower. They sent a tech out. He was prompt and courteous.. He identified the issue, got to work and completed the task in a professional manner.

Anthony knocked it out of the park, fast response, expertise, courteous and respectful. Generally all the things so many businesses lack these days. Call from the office to get an email for billing was enjoyable, employee was also very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company.

The guys were great! They arrived during the time period they said they would. We had a certificate to apply towards the cost. The fee was very reasonable though even without the certificate! Very friendly staff and I definitely will call them again.

We discovered a leaking pipe at my parents house in the late afternoon. I called Paul and he met me there within an hour. He was able to find the problem, get the parts and do the initial repair that night, working late to get it done! He then did an awesome job finishing it up the next morning. I wish I had someone like this in my home town!

Paul is a lifesaver! We had issues with our sewer drain overnight and thought it was an emergency. We explained what the particular situation was and they let us know that it would be ok to wait until morning without any big risk. Saved us overnight charges even though they would have made more from it. I really respect and appreciate that.

When Paul came in the morning he was incredibly kind, and explained everything as he went along fixing our issue, giving us information about how the systems worked as well as suggestions for what to do to prevent the issue in the future.

Would happily ask for Paul again if something ever comes up in the future. 10/10!

We developed a main water line leak under our driveway and were in great need of having that repaired before it caused any damage to the driveway itself. I had worked with other plumbers in the past and was not looking forward to going through that again, but when Paul came over it was apparent that this time it would be completely different. Paul is extremely honest and creative (always listening and providing what the customer wants). His expertise are far beyond the other "cookie cutter" plumbers in town. If you are in search of or need of a plumber do yourself a favor and contact Paul, I highly recommend his expertise and quality of work.

I have never left a bad review for a fellow tradesmen but I just had a terrible experience with Paul. His behavior was wild.

He had us come to do a leak detection for his client. We explained to him to have the water on 2hours ahead of our arrival. We were very clear about this. Unfortunately he didn’t do this. I told him it may effect me finding the leak, he then said the water heater is a hazard with the water to it off even though the heat was turned off. I tried explaining to him how this works and he started yelling and swearing at me. I was being very proffesional at this time. All this occurred in the garage and at the end of the driveway. I tried leaving 4-5 times but he kept threatening me. Now I gave it back to him as good as he was trying to give it to me. He said he was going to call the cops about 10 seconds after he asked me to leave and started threatening me. He was truly trying to get me into a fight with him. I tried calming him down a couple times and to see reason but he had just lost it at that point. I have a witness as well. He does not. Now maybe he was having a bad day. I have thick skin, I can understand that. But then he doubled down and left a bad review for me that was just lies. I see you Paul, I see you for who you are. If you are just going through some troubles and just lost it, I get it. Give me a call and we can hash it out. I’m a really friendly guy. You would be surprised. Also he was driving a minivan that wasn’t even marked. That should be a sign to anyone. I’m unsure if he is the owner or just a inexperienced plumber that works for them. I don’t want to say to stay away from this company but if he is the owner then, I would be very worried.
