Excellent company!! I have a SunPower solar system and have been dealing with some bad micro inverters for a year. Since SunPower went bankrupt, I had to find another company to fix my solar system so I contacted the Solar Store. They were able to fix my solar system and get it back up and running in no time. I live over an hour away and they had no problem helping me out. I would highly recommend their services!!

I had a new water heater installed by the Solar Store.
The company has a great business model. The field supervisor is available to installers, if questions arise during the installation process. If by chance there is an issue after installation, the supervisor responds quickly and promptly to fix the issue. Great job Donovan.

Update on June 24, 2025:
The inverter needed service because the screen was damaged by constant sunshine from the west orientation. After I reported this to the Solar Store, they dispatched a smart technician and he replaced And installed necessary items in order to Ring the function of The inverter to optimum function. Through the entire process, people from the Solar Store were attentive and productive, and I can read my electrical power production very clearly again. This means that years after they installed my solar cells They are still taking care of me and my needs. Thank you, Solar Store.

Great, as always! The technician came on time, was very professional and courteous, described what he was doing and pointed out a potential problem they will deal with in the spring when commissioning the system. I strongly recommend getting the yearly service contract.

Fortunately employees of the Solar Store were working in my neighborhood the day I called the office. Michelle was kind enough to have them fit me into their daily schedule. My loose panels were tightened down in a few minutes.

I'm glad others have had a good experience, but the current staff has been completely unprofessional and incapable. Service technician wasted entire service call walking back and forth to his truck (I have video) and accomplished nothing, yet billed for service not rendered. Company has repeatedly failed to return calls from vendor (Enphase) to follow up on open case. Supervisor Jeff lied to my face and assured me he'd get to the bottom of it, then simply dropped the matter without follow-up. Repeated calls and emails to admin staff have gone unanswered. Seemingly just another sketchy Solar outfit, unfortunately.

After years of confusion and a fortune spent trying to navigate solar, I finally had a seamless experience with the Solar Store. Chris is friendly and a wealth of information. He spent 4 hours with me, explaining how everything worked and giving me tips on how to maintain our used RV that we had just purchased. I know if I have any questions in the future that he will be a help.

Had an RV inspection today by A to Z Mobile RV Services and I was amazed at how thorough, and patient with all the questions we had as 1st time RV buyers, buying a used RV. He went over, under and into every crevice of our RV and found some problems that could be very costly had we accepted delivery. Now the ball is in their park and we have the option of backing out if they don't make the repairs..The service was definitely worth it. Chris provided excellent professional service on our Airstream Sport trailer. He inspected and serviced the electrical and plumbing systems in a timely manner while keeping me informed regarding repairs and costs, and providing me options and estimated time for the repairs. Chris is a certified RV technician and inspector. He is also the author of a book “RV Flight Manual”; which is an easy read with a lot of good practical information for for those interested in the RV adventures! I highly recommend him for RV service and inspections!

Fantastic service throughout my RV buying and upgrade experience! Chris performed an impeccable and thorough inspection of a new RV I purchased from a dealer. He worked closely with the dealership to ensure access to the rig prior to my pick-up. Though the RV was new, he found a significant plumbing leak requiring pre-delivery repair. Had I driven the rig off the lot, a frustrating first experience and a return to the dealership for service would have been inevitable.

I was so impressed by his competence, technical skill, clear communication, responsiveness, and conscientiousness, I hired him to upgrade my electrical system. As with the inspection, work done was on-time and flawless. Thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with, I now have a state-of-the-art, off-grid worthy power system complete with lithium batteries, solar, inverter, and Victron component management system.

I live in Grand Junction, CO, and I purchased a 33’ Class A RV in Tucson. I wanted the RV inspected by a professional and saw that Chris is an NRVIA Certified Inspector. I called Chris on Friday morning, and he was on-site Monday morning and texted me when he arrived. After the inspection was completed, I received a 74-page report via email. It provided me with a summary of potential problems and information on the items inspected. It also included many pictures. He called me up to give me an overview of what was in the report and see if I had any questions.

Chris was friendly and helpful throughout the process and told me that if I ever had any questions about my RV, do not hesitate to give him a call.

Chris is the greatest. He checked my solar set up, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. After learning what was wrong, he told me how to fix it myself because he knew that I was trying to 1. learn and 2. do it on the cheap. Since then, he's been around and incredibly helpful!

Very happy with the inspection Chris did on the 5th wheel we bought. I live a couple days away and wanted to buy this 5th wheel and needed it checked out before I made the commitment to drive that far to see and possibly purchase the rig. Chris was very thorough and at the end of the inspection he called me and we went over what he found and saw. Now I could feel good about towing it home and not run into any big surprises.
