Point of View was the only company who responded quickly to my request for snow removal for my in-laws, whom I was unable to help at the time, living out of state. They had plenty of snow and ice blocking their driveway, and even though they no need to escape their abode, being warm and are inside, I still needed the assurance that they could if needed. Point of View responded to my request within 24 hours by showing up quickly, working for 2 hours to remove all snow and ice from their drive and walkway. And they did it for a very affordable price! AND let me schedule and pay remotely! They made a customer for life!

Cory and Bridget were absolute lifesavers! They helped get the snow out of my driveway just in the nick of time, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Cory was incredibly helpful and friendly, and Bridget was so kind and pleasant to work with. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially during a stressful situation. I’ll gladly use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable snow removal.

We used Point of View Landscape and we are BEYOND happy with the results. We needed our front beds cleaned out and requested them be redone with low maintenance plants. They nailed exactly what I wanted and did it all in such a timely manor. Very easy to communicate with and works quickly.

Shout out to Point of View Landscape! Because I had an insurance deadline to meet I was desperately searching for somebody who could trim my Holly bushes ASAP. I was quickly responded to by Point Of View Landscape who generously fit me in their schedule to help me within 48 hours of my inquiry. I was told that if I accepted their bid, they would go ahead and trim up my hedges while they were there giving me my estimate. Since their estimate was more than fair, I had them go ahead and do the job on the spot. They were knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They communicated with me throughout the job to be sure, it was being done to my satisfaction. They even did a few extra trims to make sure that nothing was touching my house and to be sure that I passed my insurance inspection.

I am very happy with this company and the work that they did. They are very versatile and can do a large variety of different services. From what I’ve read they clear snow from driveways, sell firewood, and even do pressure washing in addition to their regular landscaping. They communicated well, charged me a fair price, showed up the day they said they would, and even went the extra mile to be sure my inspection passed. Plus, they gave me payment options that were flexible such as credit card payment for a small fee. I will definitely consider them for my next home project.

Technician was on time and refrigerator was repaired and is working well. However, he left in a hurry, leaving the old parts for us to dispose of, and once he was gone we realized he had left a mess behind. In the course of the repair something under pressure was obviously disconnected and left a spray of an oily substance on the floor, cabinets, furniture and even on top of and inside the refrigerator! It took two of us almost two hours to clean up the mess!

Mr P. William knows his job. He was able to fine the problem at no time. He very professional. This is the Serviceman I want to make a serviced call in my home. He did a well job. Myrtle Green oh Bryant, AR.

This place has no real person to talk to. Only animated. I had a problem with the person who came to fix my dishwasher, cause he left it out abd didn't push it all the way in and now we can't use it. Tried to call Sears but can't talk to anyone. Never again!

Matthew was very knowledgeable helped us understand the water level on a 3 year-old washer will not get the level we wont but he showed us the knobs to push to get the most out of the washer

He was very professional, very quick. The dryer stopped working again after he left, but it wasn’t his fault. Wish there was a way I could have let him know. It was within 15 min after he left.

Repair was fast,did not have to wait several days this time.

I paid 550.00 for new part & installation which was not installed correctly & has not worked at all. I called repair man on his cell next day. No reply. I had company for holiday after which I called again. I couldn’t understand person on phone but thought he was sending someone else. That didn’t happen. Now they say warranty on repair has expired & I will need to pay diagnostic fee & repair fee again. NEVER AGAIN!

Curious, appeared to know what he was doing, mindful of my home and cleaned up mess. Very happy with the service he provided

I truly appreciate the professionalism the courtesy of the technician that came and fix my dryer my washer today he was polite and prompt I would choose him over any other technician because I have not seen one like him that has the courtesy the promptness the professionalism politeness he is rare

John went above and beyond for my Mom. He took the time to explain to me what was needed and what had been done in the past to fix the ice/water dispenser. He sent me videos so I could see the issue with the dishwasher. Truly a nice guy and very knowledgeable. John was very professional and is a great asset to Sears. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Run, don't walk from this company. They destroyed my dryer. Multiple rescheduling for repair work. They claimed to install parts I found later in the laundry room, still in their sealed packaging. Installed additional parts and within an hour the dryer self destructed because they didn't reassemble properly. Parts and screws found underneath the machine. Impossible to talk to a human being. All AI. Horrible experience that cost me more than to purchase new. I'm the idiot. Don't you be. Run!

Mathew was professional,knowledgeable and careful. He fixed my washer and checked everything to have it in good working condition. I was pleased with his work!

Dylan was incredible at communicating and accommodating our schedule. He was able to thoroughly and quickly diagnose the issue with our appliance and made sure it was fixed 100%.

He spent more time on his phone looking up things than he did trying to fix my ice maker. He declared I needed a new ice make for over $500 before he really tried to figure out why my ice maker wasn’t getting water to make the ice but did get water. After watching YouTube I feel there is a solution to the problem besides replacing my year and half old ice maker. I will be contacting another appliance repairman and will never use Sears’s again. By the way my son came over and fixed the ice maker in about 15 min. I don’t need a 500+ new ice maker to replace my 1 1/2 year one now.
