Big shout out to Adam, Tim and Daniel for their excellent service in resolving a leak/problem issue with our heat pump system. Took a few trips to get it all resolved but we running great! So appreciate you all! Great Service! Thank you for working through it all with us.

I had the pleasure of having my first maintenance visit with Jones & had Gray as my technician. He was courteous & very professional. Fortunately my AC unit checked out & was in good condition. I have a smart digital thermostat that I couldn’t figure out & Gray was very helpful in getting it working for me. Grays patience was outstanding & walked me through the steps if I ever have to reset it. Lastly I hadn’t been able to change my air filters which he did as part of the maintenance agreement. I’m not going to change them again until my 6 month service call. He shared they’ll change at the 6 month mark & we’ll decide if I need to change sooner. Gray was fabulous & additionally Rhonda the receptionist at Jones office. I couldn’t tell you the last time I spoke to a receptionist with so much personality & genuine kindness. 5 stars to both.

Wow! These guys are so professional, so prompt, and courteous, provide excellent customer service. Came out same day within a few hours - then installed an entire new unit the next day! Excellent choice! Cannot say enough positive things about Dillon and Wes!

Matt with Jones heating came by to swap out some vests for my builder. What a really nice and knowledgeable man, he took care to clean up make sure we were happy with the vents.. Thanks Matt. I would recommend this company and will use them again

My AC crashed at 5 PM on a Friday afternoon, of course! We chose to wait out the weekend since we would be out of the house for most of it. We called Jones AC Monday morning and they were here within an hour of opening! Tim, who is the hero in the story, knew what the problem was immediately and I had cool air blowing in my house within 30 minutes! Tim told me the part was covered under our warranty, but there would be a service fee. He got to thinking that… hey, it’s time for your fall maintenance. Let me see if we can work it all in together… And of course, that’s what they did and the only thing we had to pay was our fall maintenance fee, which we would have been scheduling very soon anyway. Thank you, Tim! Thank you, Jones AC for taking good care of your customers!

Bought a new $15,000.00 HVAC UNIT from Jones. Past year and half have had nothing but trouble out of it. Jones will not do service after the sale. 1st issue was the system was not installed correctly, system was not charged at install. Had to have them out 2 times to rectify the issue. 2nd issue, thermostat did not work and had to contact Rheem to get it to work because Jones didn't have one service tech who could operate it. 3 rd issue, now the heat pump will not work under 50 degrees. When I call them they send a service tech out just to tell me it's working. Then charged me 100 bucks for doing nothing. I have used Jones for the past 20 years now I wouldn't call them if they were the last HVAC service on earth. And when you call to voice your disappointment in there service, they never call you back. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Called the best in the industry & got the best. Thanks to Matt & Adam showed their professionalism for my needs. Office staff were on top of helping answer all questions & they sent out experienced technicians. Will use Jones Htg & Air from now on.
