Quick, professional, and friendly. Had the opportunity to work with a technician named Kevin. He was able to come out and diagnose the issue the same day and explain everything as he went. He found the issue but needed to go and order parts and let me know he'd be back the next morning. Morning came and Kevin called to let me know he was delayed at another service call. Not upset at all for that, I understand that things happen, I am just happy he took the time to call and let me know. Thanks again!

My AC unit went out on a Friday evening, I called Monday morning for a technician to come and look at it....needless to say it was gone and I needed a new AC unit. By Wednesday afternoon I had a new unit and furnace all for a good price! A special Thanks to Jeff, Wes, Daniel and Adam for taking care of my needs and going above and beyond! Highly recommend Jones Ac and Heating! Great company and people!

It is hard to say whether their technicians can fix your problems when they won't call you to tell you when they will arrive. I gave them 2 chances and never got a call from the technician either time.

These guys have taken care of me for years. They recently completed an install for my parents that was quick and neat at a great price. Over Thanksgiving I noticed a strange sound coming from my Grandparents’ heating unit, Jones will be doing the change out on Wednesday. Will recommend them time and time again!

We called Jones Heating & Air last week and they came the same day. They charged a service call of $79.95 plus tax. We were up and running same day. We will call them again.

I was charged & I paid $228.21 - The technician had no knowledge of gas log fireplaces and informed me he had no knowledge of gas log fireplaces - it’s something the company started doing (2) years prior - The technician Didn’t properly Diagnose my problem how could he he didn’t even know what he was doing he claimed he could not find the model number but It was attached to the furnace leg he advised me to cover up the hole in the back which I did with fire proof foam but it was needed for ventilation - He never repaired the issue. It still doesn’t work- He came out here (3) different times - he put on a thermocouple that did not resolve it. He charged me for the $80.00 service call $90 for a thermocouple and remaining amount was labor cost but yet I’m in the same exact boat I was in before he came out here. The manager Daniel advised me he was going to send somebody out to put my part back on, take his part, & give me a parcel refund ( I shouldn’t be charged $80 a service call if the the technician has no knowledge of what he’s doing - How can he diagnose anything if he doesn’t know anything )
Yet he never returned my call I called back and was advised he just left. I left A message under the assumption he would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes Also, informing me a technician was scheduled to come out today - no one ever called me back nor showed up - So, I called a 3rd time... Just to find out he left for a (4) day weekend - he’s not going to be back until Tuesday morning because it’s deer season ; the technician decided to do the same! No one ever advised me of anything! I sat here all day, waited for them to come get their part, put my part back on & issue me my refund but they decided to go deer hunting instead!
***Prioritize and remember without customer’s... You will don’t have a profitable business. I hope my experience is a lesson for all and I hope Jones heating and air-conditioning can learn to treat everyone the same with dignity & respect. Have some integrity. It costed them my future business, plus everyone that I refer elsewhere - I now have a different company upgrading my home to Central heat & Air conditioning

Daniel was so responsive to our needs! We needed a new outside unit and he made it happen. Could not ask for better service. We love our new unit and are raving fans!!

I called Thursday night due to my air going out and Andrew was there the next afternoon. He was so polite and never complained when he had to help me move boxes that blocked the ladder to my attic. He explained the issue, showed me what to look for in the future, and got my air running in no time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Andrew and Jones Heating and Air for being so kind and awesome! You definitely will get my business in the future, but hopefully not too soon in the future. 😁❤️

We had this company out to our house 4 times. Each time they would guess what was wrong and "fix it" just to have the same problem occur the next day. Each trip we were charged several hundred dollars. One time the charges were fraudulent. Literally all the technician did was take a look and tell us we needed a new pump. He was there about 5 minutes. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor. Another time the technician couldn't figure out how to access the system. He mentioned cutting into the lines. My husband was trying to explain where the access was and the tech got upset, said my husband was"too smart for him" and left.

Should a company that installs HVAC be responsible for the HVAC being installed correctly or is that an "electrical problem"?

Great company, the best part is when they install new systems with Heatstrips they don't run any electric to them so when it gets really cold your family freezes and gets sick. Thankfully 4 different HVAC companies could not figure this out but an electrician friend spotted it in about 2 minutes of looking at the system. Wonderful job thanks for all the great work....

HIGHLY recommended. Awesome Service with competitive pricing. From start to finish we had a professional and pleasant experience. The crew was clean, polite, and informative. The results so far have been and immediate improvement. We’ve lived in our home 2 years when fortunately the heat gave out. I say that because we finally got to upgrade the system. Following the install the first night was the very 1st time I walked upstairs and didn’t notice a temperature change. And this morning after a brisk walk outside was the 1st time I came in downstairs and the house actually felt warm. I always thought we just had a drafty home but I think we just didn’t have the right HVAC system until Jones!!

I had a very easy-going experience with this company. Wes was wonderful answering all of the questions I had, and he had the workers out to my house the next business day to have my heater and air replaced. They cleaned up all of their mess and everything looks as it did before they came. Their receptionist was the easiest and nicest person to talk to. It was a very refreshing experience compared to other companies I had previously talked to, and they were dramatically cheaper than other businesses I had gotten quotes from. Overall, we were very happy with the work they did!

I had an issue with Jones HVAC in Benton, but when they were made aware of the problem they stepped up and corrected it to our satisfaction. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and professional. Daniel, the manager, was prompt to react to fix the problem.

I'm so grateful for Jones HVAC! I have had their help with a new AC and heater in the past year and they have been just wonderful. Most recently, Tim came to take a look at something and he quickly figured out what the issue was. Thank you Tim and Jones HVAC for everything!!

Great work! We had an issue with our thermostat and called to schedule a same day appointment. The technician, Adam W. who came out did an excellent job. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, in less than an hour we were back on track with our thermostat! Thank you!

Called Jones Heat and Air on a Sunday after Northside heating and cooling said they could not come troubleshoot my HVAC issue because I did not have a service plan with them. Middleton could not get me on the schedule until that Monday. My call was taken by Jones heat and air by an actual person who was very kind and then a technician named Tim responded to my service call. Me being a first time home buyer, everything is still very foreign to me. While I was on the phone with Tim, I explained my issue and he offered up the simple task of "have you tried turning it off and turning it back on at the breaker?" which resolved my issue! I had to call three separate HVAC companies before Jones Heat and Air simply said "try turning it off and then back on. And if that doesn't work, I'll head that way." I've gratefully had no hiccups since but when my next hvac issue comes up, Jones Heat and Air will be my first call, not my third. Thank you again for your help Tim and Jones Heat and Air!!

Air went out, 3am Friday morning. Heat index was going to be 107*. Called at 7:31am & they said I would have to be a “work in” which I understand & was fine with. 7:54am my phone rings and the tech said he was headed my direction. He fixed us up with the quickness at a reasonable rate! Will use again, but hopefully not soon.

Rapid response time. Transparent professional & affordable. Tim came out and troubleshot furnace fixed issues. Will be using Jones from now on 👍🏼
