I was told via text 2 weeks in a row that someone would get back to me regarding the findings from the consultation that cost $139.81. I have never heard from anyone and had to have someone else come out to clean my unit which is what I wanted done in the first place. Very disappointed.

Advanced Systems HVAC is the best!! I e been using Advanced Systems HVAC for a few years now. They replaced my entire system about a year ago after a lightening strike took out my central unit. I am also on their Year-Round Maintenance Program….what a stress saver!! They keep up with what needs servicing or maintaining throughout the year and if I were to need a service call, I get prioritized on their calendar for the day! I ah e never had to call more than once for service. I am always greeted quickly, friendly and with proper southern etiquette to boot!! Mark and the guys are prompt, knowledgeable in their craft. They take time to educate me about the entire process of the day, making absolutely sure I know what I’m getting, how to operate it, and answer any questions I might have. They are also conscious of leaving their work area clean. Mrs. Bonnie is always prompt with billing and I get clear concise receipts and documentation. She texts right back with time and arrival notices. I highly recommend Advance Systems HVAC.

Mark Mitchell and his two assistants were absolutely fabulous!! They put in a long hard day to get me fixed up, and overcame a couple of structural challenges. I had an animal (suspected Squirrel or Mouse) chew the electrical lines on my BRAND NEW Central unit at my Lakehouse Rental. I am out of state and I was able to go online and request a service call. They had a tech out at my lake house the very next biz day! My cleaning lady said they never make a mess when they are at my house either! They gave me a game plan and will be executing before my next renters arrive! Mr. Mark recommended that I also get with my Peat Control service to have them do their services to prevent this in the future. My pest control guy is going to be out there first thing Monday! I love a team effort!!! I highly recommend Advanced Systems HVAC!

We use Mark because he is the only one who has ever looked at our system. At previous houses (before we knew of Mark) when we would have to call someone out, they would make up issues to raise the price, Mark has never done that. He is honest, up front, and available!

As always, Mark and his apprentice were early and efficient. They always give advance notice of their arrival time, are courteous and perform the maintenance quickly. Highly recommended.

Advanced Systems HVAC went above and beyond. Our heater was on the fritz. The tech came out and investigated, found the issue and solved it. The tech also went into the attic to check the vent and found some trash left behind by a previous tech from another company. The tech removed the trash and and hauled it off. Great job overall! Will call again for any other HVAC needs.

I direct a preschool. I called after hours and they answered the phone, which surprised me as I thought I would have to leave a message! They came out early the next morning before they began their day to see what was wrong with our system! It was so nice of them to go that extra mile for our school! By coming early they were able to go to their already scheduled call and come back to our school and get us taken care of afterwards on the same day! They were fast, efficient, affordable, and friendly. Advanced Systems has also done work at my home earlier this summer and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price! I will always use them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C help! Thank you for your help today!

Mark was so professional with every step from coming into introducing yourself to going up on the roof taking pictures of the unit very precise. Can not say enough words to describe this business. Can't go wrong using them

I called Advanced heating and air on a Saturday. Left a message for someone to call me back on Monday to check my heating unit.First thing Monday morning. I received a text from Advanced heating and air and they arrived at my home on Monday morning at 8:20 AM and promptly diagnosed the problem and completed repairs in an efficient and timely manner. The two gentlemen who came to my home were very professional and showed great respect for my home and for my time. I was so impressed with the service man who completed the repairs. I plan to sign a year contract for a maintenance agreement with Advanced heating and Air.

Mark and his crew have been excellent to work with from the start. He took the time to ensure my questions were answered and that I knew what to expect. His crew was clean & polite during the installation of our new unit. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience.

I met Mark and Trent who I brought in for a second opinion. They took the time to thoroughly examine the issue my system was having, took photos, and explained the problem and the steps needed to solve it in a way that was easy to understand. Mark was also willing to break down the multiple problems into things that need to be addressed immediately due to safety and the others that need to be fixed but can wait a bit if budget doesn't allow fixing them all at once.

Advance Systems HVAC installed a heat pump and improved my duct work. I'm very happy with their work and the system they installed. Their employees are professional and answered all of my questions. I think this is a great company and I look forward to many years of working with them!

Definitely recommend! Mark was timely and very nice! He resolved our issue best as possible and gave us the options to get it resolved! He even picked up some trash that was not brought or left by him!
