I have the annual service plan. Northside heating and cooling has gone above and beyond this summer to meet the needs of my home HVAC system. My primary drain was clogged and they came out 3 different times with a new plan to unclog the drain instead of charging me for a new one. The third time they successfully cleared the drain, saving me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend northside HVAC.

Ethan was very professional, and was so nice while doing the annual maintenance on my unit. Highly Recommend him and his team.

Added a long pipe on the draining pipe as I requested besides changed the filter and checked the function of the cool system all the way.

Northside installed HVAC in our new home. They are excellent with prompt, clean, detail oriented work and service.

Instructions were so clear and so easy to follow. Yet, they were not. I was furious. Patrick was very understanding and we worked together to come to an agreement. I am still in disbelief that written instructions were ignored. Also, the repair person stated that a fuse was installed ......well not by me. And I have only used Northside on two homes.

Excellent service by a sharp, professional technician. Explained everything about the technical aspects of the inspection and the issues found. Performed maintenance and installation of new parts, double checked status after all complete. Knowledgeable
