The Northside repairman (Jonanthan) arrived precisely on time. He was very courteous and thorough and diagnosed our issue quickly. Northside is the company that originally installed our HVAC equipment, and they have always been very kind and professional when working with them.

Northside Heating & Cooling installed our HVAC system when our house was built in Spring 1999. They have faithfully serviced our system since that time and we have always had great interactions with office staff and service technicians. Our serviceman Paul this time was no exception. He was very professional, pleasant, and a great communicator about what he was doing and what to expect next.

This is the second install I've had them so on our house and they did an amazing job again. Showed up on time, super friendly, and did a very clean professional job. Always there to answer questions and take care of their customers.

I highly recommend their Ultimate plan, as it provides excellent value for the monthly cost!

Developed heating unit issues. Contacted Northside Heat/AC. They sent a tech over (Myan) and he determined the issue. He discussed the issue with me and had it repaired in a short amount of time. Tech was very professional and polite. I will contact them again with any future issues.

Excellent service! I called and within 30 minutes they were at my home. The tech (Ethan) was very courteous and super thorough. Northside Heating & Cooling will be my go to HVAC repair from now on.

During my recent scheduled six-month inspection, the Northside HVAC team that came out to my house on 10/10/25 did not identify an existing leak issue. Unfortunately, this led to water marks and weakening of my garage ceiling. While investigating the cause myself, I accidentally fell through the ceiling from the attic.

After noticing the damage, I called Northside to report the problem on 10/11/25. They responded promptly and assigned the repair to Paul. Paul arrived right on time at 1 PM, as promised. He was professional and courteous. Upon inspection, he identified the leak coming from the HVAC unit in the attic and resolved the issue

Service tech Jeremy was a pleasure to meet and his knowledge In the field was informative and helpful. Very thorough and I'm happy. Affordable to the point that I feel guilty!

Northside helped us when our a/c went out last summer. Jared was very quick to get us an estimate and install date. They were very easy to work with and maintained a clean job site. They are very responsive with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be using Northside again in the future.

Technician Myan was very courteous and helpful regarding routine maintenance /tune up. Very respectful and friendly. Don’t love that the service contract for 6 month check/tune up has gotten over $200, but I have consistently had excellent experiences with Northside and would continue to use them for hvac needs.

Mark was awesome. Here within 24 hours of calling. Did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it. Very reasonable on price. Highly recommend.

Our heat went out on Christmas Day. We didn’t realize it, bc the house was comfortable all day. We did a lot of cooking!!
Woke up around 2am to check on our children and the house was cold. Mind you I sleep with a polar bear, so cooler is always better. But it was COLD!!
Made an appointment with Bonnie that morning!!
Advance systems (Mark) took great care of us, again!!

Came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. My unit was low on R410a about 3.5 Ibs. Hopefully this will take care of my issue and I will update within a few days to see how things are cooling off. Thanks again Advanced Systems for the help.
