Can’t fix your own equipment here they don’t want the general public’s business. “The state of Arkansas requires proper HVAC license to be paid to work on someone’s equipment aka no joe from down the road can work on your home. If you’re worried about injuries have people sign a waiver negating liability but stop trying to tell adults they can’t work on their home and instead have to pay hundreds or thousands extra to go through a HVAC company I’m just trying to make my home warm for my 4 month old.” Glad your business model has worked for you so far but honestly screwing the little guys here.

Finally owner contacted me to say his tech told him there were valves, pipe, no mention of cut offs, insulation No description of work to be done. Just Lump cost parts/lump cost labor Nothing specific

Northside replaced the central heating/cooling unit recently. Our unit delivered a fan motor issue. They offered an estimate for repair of the old, or installing a new unit. Since the older unit was 26 years old, we opted to buy a new one.

This happened the week before the Independence Day holiday and they weren't able to get the new on in for several days. The outdoor temperatures were 90 degrees plus. They temporarily fixed the old until they could get to the new at no charge. That's "above & beyond" service! Their crew was very polite and even cleaned up before leaving!

Northside has also provided service at our business. They've always been prompt, professional, and fair.

Technician today was Paul. He was very professional and friendly. Did a thorough job in the maintenance of our unit . Very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything he was doing. Took before and after pictures to show me and made sure I didn’t have any questions.

Both replacementsystems have been installed in my older home by Northside with incredible results and today when I had a sudden outage, they were there within 30 minutes. Incredible service and response. Honest, fair and trustworthy staff! No reason to do business anywhere else!

When about to climb the ladder to go in the attic, he said looking at the valve, “I think I got that on there straight?” That was a scary thing to hear when talking about gas.

I wish i would have waited and purchased through Northside. Instead I stupidly trusted a smaller persons company bc they got to me faster and they were just a con artist that took my money and strung me along for over a year. Northside GRACIOUSLY has taken over handling the warranty and fixing the mistakes of others. Theyre honest and intelligent and im kicking myself for not knowing better. All if the people on the phone and who have come out to my house are professional and knowledgeable and kind. Top rate. I cant say enough but for now ill say THANK YOU

I'm highly disappointed with this company they came out three times total diagnosi first to change pad cost $1020.00 it came on but wouldn't heat at all second time Jothan came changed gas vaul only heated two to three hours so I had to call another company.to actually get it fixed & they said Jothan left wires detached he left a terrible mess looked like he was in a hurry!!!!!!!! I will never use them again ever. My friend suggested I take them to small claims court
