our experience with them is five star they are great. They responded to us with a technician within two hours on July 14 when our house was struck by lightning and took the entire HVAC system out. the tech discovered a fire in the unit cause by a gas line blowout. Thank God, they came so quickly. when the actual installation began they showed up one morning at 8:30 and it was hot, hot hot. They worked so hard and tirelessly up in the hot attic for 6-7 hours, reinstalling all the new equipment and getting it up and running. They are a family owned business in Benton and I highly recommend them.

I recommend RKL. RKL is a very reliable company. I purchased a HVAC from them in 2022 at reasonable price among 4 bids! Currently everything is working. They crew were very professional and insure minimum debri in my home during installation.

We had both AC units out in our home and it has been hot! I called and within two hours, Robert showed up to inspect the units. LESS than 48 hours later, we had two new units installed. The guys that did the install worked very hard, were courteous, and got the job done! Amazing company and people!

We had our a/c go out on a Friday at 2pm and by 3:30 the owner was at my house checking our unit, he was out helping his employees because they were busy. He informed us that the unit needed to be replaced and got us the price within an hour and had they had it replaced and running within 24 hrs. Super friendly and helpful we won't be using anyone else but RKL heating and cooling!

We have been without AC for a while now because we were terrified it was going to be a hard and expensive fix. We went through another company a few years back and they “fixed it”, left, and not even an hour later we had to call them back because it didn’t fix. They cost a fortune. RKL came today, and a man named Buddy was so friendly and sweet and fixed our AC within literally 15 minutes. And very VERY reasonable pricing as well. I could not be happier with this company and will definitely be back if we have any HVAC problems. I will recommend to anyone!

Robert the owner was very helpful in making sure we were getting the correct air handling unit. And his crew were professional and explained everything to our satisfaction. They also went above and beyond and also installed a new hot water heater for us.

RKL Heating and Cooling is the best of the best. They have installed over 20 full hvac systems for me in different home build projects. I use them because of their quality of work, honesty and pricing. All the way from the owner to the front desk I have never had any issues. Quality people, quality work, and quality product!!! A1 in my book :)

I called about an issue on Saturday and they had someone out by Monday morning! They were very nice and I am satisfied with my overall service! I will continue to use this company from now on. Kyle and Eli were my technicians and did a great job!

Amazing work from start to finish. Robert came out and gave us a very reasonable price to replace a very antiquated system. He had it put in less than 3 days later. The installation technicians were very respectful and educational for our team. They cleaned up afterwards. Great experience all around.

We needed our furnace replaced and Robert came out to give us an estimate the same day. After we decided to go with them for the work he clearly communicated plans to us, his install guys showed up on time, completed the work and were very courteous and professional.

These guys were extremely kind and professional. The prices are as good as anyone too!

Now unfortunately I paid for them to tell me a breaker was off following an unrelated electrical work I had done. But this will be the company I call when I have HVAC issues.

We have used RKL heating and cooling twice now and they have done an outstanding job both times. They are efficient in servicing you and they identify the issue quickly so they can get you back up and working in no time. We have had to call them twice-once at 7 on a weeknight and another on a Sunday morning. They were at our house within 15 minutes and were so kind in helping us. I highly recommend using them! You will be grateful you did!

An unbelievably good experience with these folks. I dealt with Robert and I dealt with Carla. I think they are the owners. Most companies you deal with having a default answer of no,…. No matter what your question might be they only can respond with “no”. That is their default. Not with this company. Their default answer is yes or we will try. It seemed that no matter what I asked for, they were eager to say yes to any and all questions, request. What a refreshing change. They gave me a good price and did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I don’t live close to their company, but I would never consider not using them. Perfect.

I cannot recommend RKL strongly enough. We used them back in July when our AC went out. Not only did Robert do an after hours emergency call when a dozen other places had an extensive wait list, he came back out three weeks later when the unit gave out for good. They replaced our AC unit quickly and even put a bigger unit in at the smaller unit’s cost due to an ordering error and him not wanting us to go longer without air.

We used them this week when our furnace went out. Again we had super prompt service and everyone was so polite. I needed a new furnace and he originally told me Saturday morning, but called me right back and said he could make today work so I didn’t go another night with no heat.

I will continue to use and recommend RKL to everyone I know.

Kyle came out this morning and serviced my AC for the summer season. He went above and beyond any spring service I have had previously done by other companies. He was very polite and personable.

Very quick turnaround for a weekend service when the heat index was high. Service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Would highly recommend.

They were very responsive and came to the rescue in a very timely manner. Even on a Sunday and last minute, they are very well priced. We had another company out first that said we needed to buy a new AC...RKL came out and immediately knew what the problem was. Not only did they know what the issue was, Jeremy, our tech, had the parts on his van and fixed it in a matter of minutes. We will be using RKL if any future issues arise, and you should too!! Thanks to their company, we are enjoying the cool air on this warm day!!

Had a tech come out, mind you this is the second company to come out, and wanted him to figure out why my AC wasn't blowing out more cold air, thinking it needed to be cleaned. All he did was look at the evaporator coils and said they were bent and we needed to buy a new unit for almost $9000, so we got a 3rd company to come out and they fixed the problem. Wire problem with my AC unit. They charged me only $300 for service call and to fix the problem and cleaned my coils. Sorry to say but be careful using this company. Sounds to me RKL would rather con you into buying a new unit rather than actually looking for the problem. Why are some businesses these days afraid to get their hands a little dirty to get the job done?

The RKL team was professional ,friendly and helpful. These guys know their stuff! We are a rural Church and they understood the critical importance of HVAC for our aging congregation and was able to accelerate our timeline to be sure they were comfortable. I am thankful that we were blessed to have come across this fine company. They do excellent work and care about people. Thank you so very much. I recommend them very highly.

The team at RKL were awesome! Robert came to my home and diagnosed the issues i was having. Within a week he had a new system installed and Carlos was great in showing me what had been done. Fast, friendly and efficient. Great price with really nice financing options as well. A+ experience.
