My central heat has went out twice during a cold spell and they were here as soon as possible and getting it fixed My unit is old so it has ran into a few unexpected problems, but they’ve had no problems figuring it out and getting it back up and running I highly recommend Montgomery heating and air

We have had several Ac units installed in our business. Jackson and Kyle have been extremely professional and did a great job in heating and cooling our 10,000 sqft Warehouse and other job requests.. In a world where customer service is considered a dying breed, this company goes above and beyond with its work and customers satisfaction. Thank you for all you do.

We called on a weekend and Dave came straight out and fixed our unit. We signed up for a maintenance contract and Kyle comes out to do our semi annual maintenance. They are always very professional and courteous. We have really enjoyed service with them.

Our AC started blowing warm air so I called Montgomery Heating & Air. It was after hours but they came out right away. The tech was knowledgeable and had cool air blowing thru our house very quickly after replacing a part and checking it's operation.

Montgomery Heating and Aire scheduled and the workers completed a work order to replace a cracked roof HVAC vent and pipes in my attic in a quick and very professional manner. It was a very hot day for the men to be working in my attic and on my roof but completed in a few hours. i was completely satisfied with the results and the positive attitude with the individual who scheduled the work order and the individuals who completed the work. Thank you.

We had 2 air conditioners installed by Montgomery . They were very efficient and skilled. We would highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with. They came out to service my Trane heating and air conditioning system and my Trane house Cleaneffects unit. Did a great job very courteous and professional and friendly. Signed up for their annual service. No more worries for me.

We have been using them for years and are very happy. They do 2 maintenance checks a year and any issues we have ever had they always send someone out here quick! I would recommend them to anyone!

Recommend to run, not walk away from this company. They installed a Trane Unit in our home that is too small, and had numerous parts missing, causing multiple problems. The Trane unit they sold us was possibly left over in their shop and they sold us a damaged unit that is way too small for our home. They have not responded to return calls, nor honor services rendered. Once again, run from this company.

I called at 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon and a technician returned my call within minutes and arrived at my house by 5:15 pm. He fixed my HVAC unit in less than 15 minutes and saved my weekend at my lake house. My 94 degree house cooled down to 70 degrees by 10 pm. Very grateful for the prompt response and excellent service.

Update - October 2020. Montgomery Aire has failed to make this install correct, even after leading me to believe they would get to it. They failed.

Update - August 2020. This seems wrong, it is wet and collapsing. I've asked MH&A to fix this, but so far they have not. Changing to 3 stars for now.

This Trane 3 ton heat pump package unit is so quiet I can't believe it. I can stand directly next to it and carry on a phone conversation. I am happy I spent the extra money on a Trane. Jason and Pam were easy to work with and communication was excellent. Installation was timely and went smoothly. They even went a bit outside their service area for this job, at no extra cost. Their price was right on target for the job, based upon what I read on the internet. It felt good doing business with them.

I am very pleased with Montgomery heating and air. They are very efficient and are always able to solve my issues. Their staff is wonderful and go above and beyond!! 🙂

Montgomery Heating and Air have serviced both of our properties since 2012. We have both units serviced twice a year and this summer our personal residence unit went on the blink. Kyle was out here at 9:00 pm to replace the motor in our unit. He was just as pleasant as he would have been at 9:00 a.m. Thank you Kyle and Montgomery Heating and Air.

Montgomery, and all it's employees that I've dealt with, are the most polite, responsive, professional and technically astute of any service company I've dealt with.
