I have been associated with Montgomery H&A since I purchased my home in 2013. Annual maintenance has always been scheduled and performed professionally and with consideration of my schedule. I am completely happy with their service and personnel. I am very comfortable with them and am happy to have someone I know I can rely on for honesty and integrity to do a professional job free from fear of being taken advantage of. The fee for annual maintenance is nominal for having someone I know I can depend on for emergencies.

Company is very responsive. I had a complete heating and AC system installed at a reasonable price. Worked with me to set up a payment plan. Tim, installer, very personable. Teresa in the office, sometimes a little hard to get a hold of, answered ALL my questions and guided me through the process. She is a real asset to the company. Thank you for everything. JR

Montgomery installed my new system a few years ago. I have the Silver maintenance plan with them. The peace of mind knowing that the system gets checked out twice a year - once at the start of the heating season, and once at the start of the cooling season - is worth it.

I have been using Montgomery Heating and Aire for years. Purchased my heat pump through them. They are always quick to respond when having any problems. Also have them come out regularly for routine maintenance. Recommend them highly!

MHA provides excellent service for our Trane HVAC system. They service our system twice a year prior to cooling and heating season. We have used MHA to service our system for 12 years now and have piece of mind that they will keep everything up and running! We actually purchased the Silver Maintenance Policy that includes 2 service visits a year for a very reasonable price. Service technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

Had heat pump go out over the weekend.
Talked to Jason and he worked me in first thing on Monday.
Kyle always does a great job… very knowledgeable and friendly tech!

I contacted Jason after moving here while constructing our cabins. we ended up with 2 Mitsubishi mini splits and they are extremely effective. Jason was very professional in coming out and reviewing our needs. Jackson and his helper came out for the install and they did a awesome job! I am scheduled on the twice annual service plan and that gives us great piece of mind knowing our system will always be in top shape. This last winter we had some really cold temperatures and I was concerned for nothing. It was -7 outside and we were a toasty 68 inside and I didn't even have it cranked up. Our brother in law had a dual zone mini installed in his cabin by Montgomery Heating and Aire as well and loves it too! Thank you all for what you have done for us!

They did a great job but communication was a little less than expected. I live in MO and my mom lives at the jobsite in AR so I requested that they communicate with me, not her since I am paying. Each time they forgot and communicated with my mom so I had to wait for the bill to come in the mail to know what was done by their techs. But I still give them a 5 star review because they do great work, stand by what they do, come on time or call if not and know what they are doing.
