Excellent company judging from a service call from Wes Little on 10/16. We've used 2 other HVAC cos in HS and both of their employees didn't seem interested in trying to fix the issue but instead they were rushed and didn't even communicate except for 2 estimates that we thought were high. Daniell's Wes treated us as if we were family and spent a couple hours working and explaining why and what had to be done; he fixed 1 issue: incorrect wiring job of a capacitor (done by another co) then left us a very reasonable estimate to replace a faulty gas valve .. highly recommend

My dad’s lake house has an old unit. The air was working fine but the heat wouldn’t come on. I contacted Daniell Heat & Air and they charged me $87 just to come look at it. The Tech, Cody said the heat exchanger was bad and tried to sell me a new unit. He said it would cost around $17k because he would also have to put in new ductwork because new units can’t operate off old ones. I told him I just wanted to replace the heat exchanger for now. He replaced the heat exchanger and showed me pictures of how dirty the unit was. He said he would clean the unit today and twice more throughout the year for $225. He only cleaned the coils today and there is still a lot of debris inside. After charging me $3,976.60 he said the pilot light was messed up and it would be an additional $1,164.83. As the price was continued to grow he started talking about financing. I am now out $4k and am in no better shape than when we first started. The whole experience felt like a car mechanic who keeps finding more wrong to jack up the price. Learn from my experience and stay clear of this company.

UPDATE: Brandon and Jason showed up today and adjusted the pilot light and installed a new part at no cost. Since they come to make things right I will give a higher rating. Thank you Brandon and Jason.

Jeff B was an excellent technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. I have used Daniell Heat and Air for 5 years and they are a great company to work with.

Have had this group handle my ac and heat for for the past 15 years and they are always great - responsive to my calls and questions. I have them service my units twice a year and that have always been easy to work with - Jeff Buttrum was my service tech this time and he was awesome! Efficient and Courteous!

Beth has been working on this homes systems for the past 15 years for two previous owners. Her knowledge and ability to figure out what was wrong with one of my units was awesome to see. We have been so pleased with the service and support we have received from Daniel Heat and Air. They made sure our furnace was in top shape for winter and corrected a potentially dangerous problem with exhaust venting that had been installed by a previous owner. Daniell Heat and Air is a HVAC Company you can trust and rely on. They did it the right way! Our family breaths cleaner air using a correctly sized system, other HVAC companies never bothered to evaluate the system. There's a good reason they have 5 star reviews across the board. It's because they are that good! If you found other HVAC companies through TV or Radio Marketing, then you're getting a company that has to market for clients. Beth (one of their technicians) is professional, very knowledgeable and also one of the nicest people you’ll ever encounter. She goes the extra mile and does it with grace. My initial contact was Joe, and now I ask for him. He is gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and always makes me feel valued. I trust these folks to give excellent service and do it consistently. Generator monitor said call service center to check a malfunction. Called Daniell to get help before the nasty storm hit. Richard came out and spent time checking the system and found a loose part which he tighten down and cleared the problem. They were prompt and efficient responding to our need. Highly recommend their service.

I called this company because my mom’s heat stopped working and I’m so glad I did! I spoke with Misty and she was wonderful! She made booking an appointment so easy. She’s definitely a keeper! She’s so sweet and easy to talk with. I believe Cole was our tech and he was wonderful as well! I will also choose Daniell Heat and Air for all future appointments!
