Troy is an excellent service person. He has done our unit for years and we have never had anything lower than an excellent for him. Never!

We had Middleton come out to do service on heat pump, they informed us we need new unit. Ours 10 years old too many high $$$ repairs, we understand that it needed replaced. The tech told us someone would contact us with price estimate to replace the system, that was December 9th and we still have not heard a word. When we didn't hear from Middleton after a week, we went to Robertson Heat & Air and had our new system installed within a week. I will never use Middleton for anything ever and my friends won't either.

Cole is always pleasant and does a thorough job of maintaining our unit. He is always very respectful to us. We always appreciate his service.

I called about 8 PM the night before in a frantic mess because my air conditioner wasn’t working and we had a party for my three-year-old in two days. I am so grateful they came out or out before 10 AM. The next morning had us all fixed up and house cooled before noon! Highly recommend Middleton! You won’t be disappointed!

Troy inspected our heat pump system in preparation for the winter. He was very professional and thorough. Middleton has always met our needs, from installation of the unit to annual maintenance or emergency services. Would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Tech (Cole Dugan) called 40 minutes prior to arrival, was on time , very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He advised us on the status of the unit and said we didn't need any repairs. Asked him about covering the unit for freezing weather and he told me exactly what to do to keep it from freezing .

He thoroughly cleaned and inspected house heat pump system and checked on my mini split. changed the filters, cleaned the system. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. highly recommend Middleton. Awesome, knowledgeable people.

Dylan came to my home and immediately went to work checking out the problem with my AC. He was courteous, professional and got my AC problem fixed!!! The price was very reasonable considering what had to be done. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

Had a faster response time to my call than anyone else in the area, arrived slightly earlier than the proposed time which worked great for me. Then was quick and efficient in fixing my unit. The price was extremely reasonable (and the service fee was lower by almost $100 than other HVAC in the area.) They also sent a picture of the tech and his name to my phone before they arrived which I found to be a major + for security.

Troy Hebert is an exceptionally qualified service tech who has been servicing the air and heat systems in my family home for almost 20 years.
He is kind, professional and honest. I trust him completely because of his integrity and character.

The Service Tech (William) performed the fall/winter maintenance on our unit today. He was very thorough and even re-connected the exhaust vent pipe that had been disconnected by roofers when our roof was replaced. Professional, friendly and courteous (even to our little fur baby). Great job William!

The service technician called to say he was 20 minutes away. Came on time and put boot covers on to walk in my home. He explained everything he was going to do and then did it. He came back when done and I had a question about my thermostat. He took the time to explain the whole thermostat to me in a way that I can understand. Then he explained that my system was working properly, that it was clean and installed correctly and he was seemed impressed by whoever installed it. Overall I was extremely happy with his service his professionalism and the overall professionalism of the company. I will continue to use them.
