I had my faucet replaced by David. He managed to fix odd hacks that were not the best way to fix a faucet. His service and attitude were the best. You could tell he fixes odd hacks pretty much every day. Nice job David!

Dakota does some amazing work. If you need any service done, he is your guy. Great and easy company to schedule and fix my emergency problem!

Tristian was very professional , friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Explained the issue in simple terms and made sure I understood that the problem needed more repairs with products he would have to bring the next day. He was very attentive and has great manners.

Dakota was our plumber and I believe I could write a novel about how kind, personable and professional he was! Talking with him was easy. He listened, understood and reassured me on his knowledge. Dakota is a great guy and definitely an asset to your company!!! Plus he installed our water heater beautifully, fixed our sink and set my toilets straight , and understood we had zero hot water and helped get problem fixed quickly, which has allowed me to breathe a little easier!
I know if I need anymore plumbing needs I will call up Pascal Plumbing and ask Dakota to come on down!!!!

First time using this company, I already felt bad that I called them so late but they were able to send someone out and got it fixed the same night. Gonna give a big shout to Tyler for being so cool about having to come out as soon as he got home, he was very nice and even taught me some things! He was very professional and completed t he job quickly. If I need to call for repairs again im definitely gonna request Tyler to some out. Thank you Tyler!!!

Michael was prompt, polite and thorough. This was just a yearly checkup of the heat and air system but he changed filters for me which was very helpful because I can’t reach many of them.

These guys are amazing. The customer service is top notch. A little on the pricey side but it’s worth it for the wonderful services I’ve gotten through them. Dakota’s my guy for plumbing and Tyler brought my 30+ year old HVAC back to life. Highly recommend both of them.

Corey rerouted the ducts and added another thermostat/zone which completely fixed the issue.

The plumber who assisted us, Tristin, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our issue was taken care of with quality work and quality parts. He took the time to explain everything and it felt like talking to the neighborhood plumber who had your best interest at heart. You can not go wrong with Tristin and you can not go wrong with Paschal.

I called Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric to have all the drains in my new house cleaned, and they sent out Travis. He was absolutely amazing. He was extremely considerate, put covers over his shoes so he wouldn’t leave any tracks in my house, cleaned every drain thoroughly, and was so courteous the entire time. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home.

Travis went above and beyond. I was also impressed with the company’s customer service. Their communication was fast and efficient, and I was updated throughout the day on exactly when Travis would arrive. From the day I called to the day the service was completed, it was only two days.

I most definitely recommend Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric for their great customer service, fast response, detailed estimates and invoices, and technicians like Travis. If everyone on their team is like him, then anyone who chooses Paschal will get outstanding service.

UPDATE: The company's GM has contacted me and a conclusion has finally happened. We were all able to come with the best option for my aunt and uncle. The stress is finally over and they were able to settle everything and make their first payment, today. Thank you to the GM and the finance coordinator on getting everything finalized today. Now my aunt and uncle can sleep soundly, knowing that this has been taken care of and they are not having to worry about it anymore. Thank you, again.

Everyone here was very friendly and polite, and they made sure that my aunt and uncle were happy with their "purchase" and the service. They went out of their way and worked with us to get a new furnace installed, so that my aunt and uncle wouldn't go without heat this winter.

However, when it came time to start paying on the unit, no one would finance it because it had already been installed. Then Paschal kept giving me the run-around and not returning my phone calls, nor would they do in-house financing. Now, 2 months later, they have served my aunt and uncle a "Notice to Lien" on their house, even though we have been trying to pay them, but they keep refusing payment.

I recommend Daniell Heat and Air for all of your HVAC needs. I wish we had gone to them. We chose Paschal because they said they could beat the competition's prices, and they did, but we also got half the work.

We called Paschal for a plumbing issue with our shower faucet. They sent their service man the next day. Garrett arrived on time and was so personable. He checked the faucet and it was working perfectly. He advised that a repair was not necessary. He said that since he did not do any repair work, he offered to do a full plumbing inspection for the whole house - inside and out at no additional charge. We accepted this offer and were thankful that he found no other issues. We were only charged for the $89 service call. We will definitely use them for all of our plumbing issues in the future. My main pipe outside leading into my house broke during the inclement weather. I contacted them around 4pm and they immediately set up an appointment for the next day. The tech contacted me when he was on the way and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and explained what needed to be done. After fixing the initial broken pipe, he found that my main shut off valve and pressure meter valve were also leaking. He quickly wrote another estimate and said he would be back in the morning as he needed to get the parts. He came back as promised and took care of the issue. I paid exactly what the estimates were, there were no hidden charges. From the office staff to the tech, everyone was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Dakota was excellent, very knowledgeable, professional, great personality and manners! I am so happy with him and your company. I will definitely use your Services in the near future. Who ever needs a plumber, etc..I will recommend Paschal! Not to be particularly can I ask for Dakota if he is available!

We arrived at the house in Hot Springs Village that I look after for my mother who is in a nursing home. We had not been here in several months, So the water was turned off at the main. When I turned the water back on, I walk through the house to ensure we had no developed leaks, but unfortunately discovered that the water heater was ruptured. I called Paschal plumbing And was graded by very charming and understanding, receptionist who Understood Mylimitations on time And was very helpful getting one of the plumbers to the house the same day. The very next morning before 9 AM they were already here with the new water heater and had it installed in about two hours. Tristan was a very polite and courteous, young man who went straight to work with one of his team members and did an outstanding job. I can’t thank Paschal For their understanding and speed it which they responded enough. The thoroughness of their work and courteousness of their technicians was beyond excellent. I cannot recommend them strongly and loudly enough!
