Dakota was AWESOME!! I'm a senior female veteran and the ice storm broke a pipe and then my kitchen sink stopped up ...all at the same time. My money was tight so while discussing the amount for both projects ...I couldn't do it. I was ready to just scrap the whole thing. Dakota was let me apply the discount because he wanted me to have running water. He worked with the numbers again and I wrote everything down to keep straight. I agreed to the sink and would return later for the other project ..I paid $212.43in cash. I was lucky to come up with the remaining amount called the next day and spoke to virtual gurl and she scheduled me for the next day Thursday instead of the previously earlier appt on Friday ...YEAH!! The better human side was Dakota helped my son and I to get our cars unstuck from the mean snow! I got stuck down the street from the house after going to the bank to get the money to pay him the 1st time that the $212.43? I walk up the street to tell him so he drives down the street and shovels to get my car out?! When I offered to help shovel he was quick to say I DONT ALLOW WOMAN TO SHOVEL ANYTHING!! I will only request Dakota from here on out because he truly cares and I was so very appreciative of him. The other guys from previous visits were all awesome but DAKOTA is the MAN! He went far and beyond his job description!!

David and Ben were so nice and courteous. David explained what they were doing to my satisfaction. They did a great job, at least it is not leaking anymore. They replaced my washer hook up system. Valves much easier to turn off and on. They flushed my water heater tank. It was all done in a reasonable amount of time and efficiently. Thanks for all their good work.

Fast service that met my schedule. The servicemen were efficient, courteous and friendly. They made sure I knew my cost upfront and was in agreement before starting any work. Although their prices may be slightly above some other competitors, their efficiency and thoroughness are well worth it.

Garrett and Cedric are amazing representatives of your company. Everything was explained to me throughly. I appreciate the fact that they were so nice and tolerant of this old woman. I feel extremely comfortable dealing with your company and personnel.
I first called Roto Rooter and was charged $419 for 30 minutes work and obstruction was not cleared. The person told me that it would cost between 3700 and 5000 dollars to fix the problem. Also he said they would not honor the senior or military discounts. Because of the snow and so many of their trucks were stuck. That pissed me off because my husband and daddy fought for our freedom. They didn't not do their duty
Because the weather did not cooperate. In closing I will tell you that Garrett and Cedric are definitely
KEEPERS.

I had regular maintenance performed. Everything was handled well from setting the appointment, arriving on time, professional service rep, to providing quote for additional improvements to my system.
I have used them for several years snd never disappointed. I even typically have the same service rep. He knows my system, me, and my pets. I asked several questions and he was able to explain and show me where and how system works on my level. Good job!

Everyone I dealt with were highly professional, from the comfort advisor, Matthew Gibson, to the installers Albert and David. I am pleased with the service and products I received.

William has done the maintenance on our unit for years. He is courteous and friendly and knows his job. Because of his excellent service, we always ask for him when scheduling the maintenance.

Had a large job, new larger, heat pump with addition duct work and another air vent intake. The whole crew were great, friendly and efficient, especially Lewis & Terry.

Middleton Heat and Air and Mr. Tedder were absolutely awsome, they worked around my school bus schedule and showed up exactly when they planned. He went right work and had are Ac unit working again. We will use them again.

Quinton is a great employee, I am on an annual contract for Service and he did a great job for me was very professional Middleton is a great company for service on an annual basis I’ve used them since 2016.

We've been with Middleton since moving to Hot Springs Village from the D.C. area almost 5 years ago. We've never had anything but top notch service both from a systems replacement and routine servicing perspective. I highly recommend Middleton as a home HVAC sustainment team!

The service tech arrive early, were his mask and was very professional. He used foot covers when coming into the house. He had the correct size and number of air filters and replaced them as part of his maintenance contract. Very
pleased with Middletons service and technicians.

I told him that my Heating furnace was from the '70s I did not know what kind of shape it was in. Cole came and looked and said man this thing is old it's rusted it's dangerous I'm afraid it'll blow up. I said repairing or replacing this would be very expensive. It would be better to use more modern technology. Appreciate the man regarding my safety and being honest with me about my options. I have nothing but respect for any business that's honest and straightforward

They are a great company professional installed complete new system I called them with a question and they sent a technician out and answered my questions and preformed a check and saw a minor issue and are repairing it. This was not a installation problem but a equipment issue. They are a great company and even showed up early I would recommend them highly

We returned from being out of town for a month and our main heating unit was not working. Called Middleton and they came out within about 1 1/2 hours. Cole was awesome! Fixed our unit in no time. We always use Middleton!!
