William Tedder the service technician was very knowledgeable.
He performed my first yearly service on my heat pump system. He was professional and kept me advised of what he was doing while servicing the unit. He finished up, told me all was good. I am HAPPY 😊

Got a call telling me he was on his way Ann arrived when I expected him. Introduced himself and was very pleasant. Wendt about his work and informed me of what he did. Very personable. He can service my air-conditioning system anytime

We have been a maintenance customer for a number of years, always had good service by polite and friendly techs. Our units went out this January and when the crew came to replace the system of which the heat pump was 37 years old, the AC unit 22+ years. The techs, Grant, Addison and Taylor did a fantastic job. Super polite and Grant explained all they were doing, asked it we had any questions. They cleaned up so good, you couldn’t tell they were there. Then checked everything before leaving. This is SUPER service!! We will be a customer for life!! Thanks guys for a job well done!

We use Middleton for maintenance and installation. They are professional and thorough in their services from sales to scheduling to services. I highly recommend them!

Update: we no longer recommend it. They push sales and reschedule maintenance work until you need a replacement. The installation was great but they don't care about maintaining what they sell you.

Middleton has always had excellent communication when it comes to techs being dispatched or someone answering the phone. Khary was the tech for us today and he was super polite and explained everything really throughly. I appreciate the text messages giving me status updates and reminders. We will continue to have a maintenance contract with them.

Guy came check my unit heater motor would not stop running only tested the board of the unit from that told me I needed to buy 4 different parts which didn’t make no sense it would cost me 3k then he said probably not even fixing that would last long because the unit it’s old so he advised me to buy a new one 10k he said and i still had to pay him 98 dollars and he left called another company they came check everything told me only needed a board 1200 dollars they fix it it’s running normal I can’t believe I still had to pay 98 dollars just to tell me a need new unit it’s really hard to trust companies when they play with us that way

Cole Dugan with Middleton Heat and Air was amazing! He was through and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what was expected. He even found a water leak from our fridge. I would recommend Cole and will make sure to request him anytime we need service.

Khary showed up as expected and was a very down to earth person with a professional attitude. There was an issue with our unit which he made sure to find the part needed and install it the same day. He also made sure we were given the best price possible. Great company and staff.

I was very pleased with my service as well as my technician. He was pleasant and understanding and came immediately over when they had a cancellation. He notified me when he was at my home even though I was right behind him and understood I had my dogs to get in order and was very kind, even waved a little of the call out fee for the cost of the AC maintenance. In which the bill was pretty high, but I was behind on getting it maintained but overall I was pleased. I did not have to pay a yearly contract just a call out fee, in which the waved. That took a little off the bill. Every bit saves helps thank you Middleton Middleton and Air.

William was on time, professional, honest, upfront, down to earth. I could not ask for a better tech to come to my home. He made me feel comfortable that his knowledge and work completed was top of the line. The ladies in the office were greatly helpful and knowledgeable on what I expected and and honest with me about their scheduling and the time frame of getting their tech here to fix my a.c. unit. When William came out the first time, he made all the calls for parts and warranty to ensure I had the right info to proceed with repair and what it would cost. He even checked under my home to make sure it wasn't leaking air underneath. I'm extremely pleased with their work and knowledge. I would recommend William to anyone!

I’ve always been pleased with Middleton, but Sandi did an excellent, and thorough job on our semi-annual maintenance this time. She did air flow measurements, and found some papers that were blocking part of the cooling coils. Really very pleased with her performance.

Horrible, a service technician came out in the morning and reported I needed a new condenser and heat strip for my unit and I would receive a estimate the next morning. After receiving no call I contacted the office that next afternoon and was told by the end of the day I would receive an update. After receiving no update 2 days later I contacted the office and was told they were very busy and unsure when I would receive an estimate. At this point I asked for a refund of my service call due to the unreliability of the company and failure to keep me informed. I was told a manager would have to approve this. There is absolutely no way I would trust a company to make several thousand dollars in repairs when they do not have the ability to minimally keep a customer informed about what was happening.

We noticed an issue with our unit. We chose you to look into it. Your technician came over, told us to buy a new unit for 3 thousand … then it jumped to 10 thousand dollars. He said “people do it all the time.” This man then sat out in his truck for twenty minutes making phone calls. He did not do a thorough job checking into the actual issue. We didn’t have a good feeling about him. We then called Daniell heat and air. They came right over after your guy, diagnosed the actual issue, gave us our estimate and quickly fixed our unit at a fraction of the price and without replacing the entire unit. Hire more professional people!! I’m very disgusted that you still charged us 95 dollars for your “service.” We won’t be calling you in the future.

They were very professional and came in and got the job done. My system works great and they showed me how to use the thermostat , and about the filters. They cleaned up after they were finished, I was very pleased.

Called on Monday. Here by Tuesday. Jeff was both personable & knowledgeable. Our second time to use Daniel’s. We will continue!

I had a great experience using Daniell Heat & Air! The technician was very knowledgeable and she never tried to sell me anything either. She fixed my issue very quickly and my pocket book came out nearly unscathed. I was stressing about how much it could potentially be to repair, but with this warm weather hitting it had to be done. When I saw the invoice it was a breath of fresh (cold) air! I'm glad I called Daniell and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Awesome job!
