This company is downright honest, dependable, knowledgeable about HVAC work, and offers fair prices. My condenser fan motor and capacitor went out last summer. They got me scheduled asap. Fast forward eight months later, AC unit is doing great! Just cranked it back up; getting ready for hot days ahead!

I contacted Brad via his Facebook post about a spring tuneup special. I made an appointment for him to service both my a/c units. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of both my units, gave me a detailed invoice and the price was excellent. Brad and his team have been great. Had an issue with our a/c unit freezing up. Quick to respond, gave us all the options including worst case and after diagnosing it fixed the problem for way less than the worst case scenario. We have used other services in the past that just wanted to replace system rather than finding out what was wrong and repairing it.

Made time to come out same day as called and after figuring out what he needed to fix it made time to come back the next day even with a busy summer schedule. Also found out he needed another part and instead of delaying to another day used his own time to go get it come back and finish. Very knowledgeable and a very good price compared to other bigger less caring companies. Would highly recommend!

Trust your gut. I called Brad’s because I didn’t feel like what I was I told by a technician from a larger company was right and wanted a second opinion. WOW not only did Brad show that the other diagnosis was wrong, the cost to repair using Brad was 65% less!

Brad is simply the best. If it's broken, he'll fix it. If it's not broken he won't try to sell you something you don't need. Even though my package heat/air unit is 14 years old he assures me that it's in good shape, and I don't need to be thinking about replacing it. When it is time to replace it, you can be certain I will want Brad to do the work. Another huge plus for Brad is Kathleen. She runs the office and schedules his work. She is a treasure.

Kathleen who arranges the schedule and answers the phones. Superb customer service. Compassion and empathetic to our air not working. Attentive and reassuring. Brad was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly he got our air working within minutes. We were very impressed with his authenticity that we’re switching over from our current maintenance company.

Hands down and Brad's Heating & Air has earned a customer. My previous HVAC guy passed away and before he did, he recommended Brad to his customers. I called with my issue, they were out the next day. Would've came that night but was doing family stuff which I truly understand. Brad arrived on time for our quarterly check. My AC was sluggish and low on coolant. He has been taking care of my unit for years. For several years he says I need a new one and every year he works his magic for another year.
Our bushes were so overgrown he had to cut them down to get to my AC. Even cut down some that were not blocking the unit. No extra charge and refused a tip. He is very dependable, friendly, reasonable and a blessing.
Works late at night and on the weekends. I highly recommend Brad for all your HVAC needs.

Brad showed great respect for me, my home, and my time. Even though the system was almost new, Brad did a thorough check to make sure everything was running correctly. He explained and made sure I understood that the install was not done correctly and what needed to be done to correct the problem.
