I have been Brad's customer for over a decade. He knows his stuff! He performs biannual maintenance on my home and rental property and keeps all of them in excellent condition. When I have a problem, he is there to make sure that everything is resolved to my satisfaction often going above and beyond my expectations. When I need a system replaced, I feel I am getting the best price possible. I Highly Recommend Brad's Heating and Air for biannual maintenance and complete system installation.

In just two words - Beyond Compare!
After getting quotes from other companies, Brad's H&A came in at almost HALF of the other guy's proposal! This is no exaggeration. Brad and his colleague, John Miller, were incredibly competent and professional. They do not pressure the customer to opt for unnecessary purchases (unlike one of the other companies). I definitely recommend Brad's Heating & Air!

Absolutely Outstanding...how often do you hear that about an HVAC company? Brad made time to come to our house on a Friday night and then worked late to get quotes and was able to replace our unit on a Sunday morning...great price and unmatched service! A few months later my AC stopped working in the dead heat of summer; I called that morning and they were there the same afternoon, and within 2 hours they diagnosed my issue, replaced my part, and had us back up in running like new. I'm so grateful for them and their immediate attention to their customers needs. They've gained me as a lifetime customer.

I am so glad to have finally found my go-to HVAC company. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and over-the-top customer service. I originally found Brad’s in the summer when we needed a second opinion about an AC issue. After John came out, it was the first time in a while our house had been comfortable in the summer. Then when we had some heat issues this winter, we were equally impressed. John spent a lot of time on New Year’s Eve trying to get to the bottom of an issue. He was truly determined to figure it out. Just all around great customer care from when they first answer the phone and throughout the process.

Brad was very responsive and honest . He scheduled me for the same day, got out to me early, found the issue and fixed it all extremely quickly. Great pricing, cool honest guy, and loves animals so win win. My dog got some loves out the deal. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in need of services. Thanks to him my kids and I will be warm tonight!
