Called on a Saturday and they were here within two hours! Got my ac fixed and back running! Chris was very nice and let me know what he was doing the entire time he was there!

Have used M & M (Chris - technician) several times and have always been treated well. Quick response, knowledgeable technician. Some of our units are a bit old, the staff at M & M aren't just the type that changes parts. They know what they are doing.

I highly recommend M & M heating and Air. They operate out of Jacksonville,Arkansas. I recommend them because they give quick service. They are good at finding the nature of the problem. They wont quit until the AC/Heat problem is solved. They also have given me a quality installation on a new unit.

M & M has been my go to for the last 18 years. This time it was it was relatively minor, but the owner himself came out and fixed the problem with the ventilation in the attic, and then gave a thorough going through. I have trusted M & M all these years, you can, too.

very nice gentleman came out to check out my problem of AC notd cooling. Found deficiency of freon and added more to my system which seems to be working well now. Freon continued to leak. They came back out and found that the evaporator coil had a leak and had to be replaced. The work was done in half a day and so far it is working great. Chris, the owners son, and an assistant did the work. I trust the owner, James, as well as Chris to do the job at a fair price and would recomment them.

I like that it is a family owned/run business.
Also the fact James is a veteran.

Chris and his helper did a great job checking out the ac system and charging the low Freon.

M&M has helped me out with several issues. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and know what they’re doing. My AC went out at 3 AM, I left a message with them, and Chris was at my house, and had it fixed by 9 AM.
I highly recommend this company.

AC went out on a Friday afternoon Chris came out Friday afternoon and fix the situation and then about 45 minutes later the air conditioner quit working again so he came out later that evening and remedy this situation . He needed to order a new part and by 9:00 a.m. the next day called me and let me know that he would be out shortly to permanently fix the problem. Chris has always been very respectful and very nice. Would recommend M&M to anyone!

Chris is always prompt and reliable. He suggest certain services but I felt no pressures to buy. He came to my aid when no one else could fit me in. My AC was up and cooling within 30 minutes of his arrival. I approve this post 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

AC stopped blowing cold air Sunday evening and came across M&M while searching for a local repair company. Made the call and was impressed with my initial experience on the phone and was told when to expect a callback. Got the callback as expected and was given an appointment time. Chris arrived as planned and immediately went to work looking for all possible causes even though he had a good idea of the problem. He got the problem isolated quickly and of course the usual suspect was a capacitor along with a sensor. Chris did a thorough cleaning of the outside unit and gave us several bits of advice on how to keep the older system we have more efficient. Two days later, we are happy to say the AC is still doing great and even working better than it was on these 95+ days we are having. Definitely going to have him come back for the maintenance plan time ups to keep us in top shape. Highly recommend this small local company. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward with what needed to be done.

Chris came and dud our service in about an hour - diagnosed and fixed AC. Tested heat. Made sure that system was ready to go. He had looked up our records and knew what might be happening based on our systems age and their maintenance history. Awesome. He’s also super nice!

Chris has serviced HVAC at two separate houses for me and has always been swift and efficient on getting the parts or service done. Most recently he came out to my new house and did the cleaning/maintenance for the gas furnace that was sluggish due to accumulation of dust over the summer. As always the cost was extremely reasonable and affordable. He never jumps to the replace the entire system because it’s older solutions that the other HVAC companies I used before M and M did, just gives great advice on maintaining existing systems so they have a long lifespan.
