Highly disappointed with our service from Ellis HVAC. Our heat had gone out in early december. The technician arrived on December 9th and stated we had a bad igniter. The replacement was ordered and that was the last we had heard from Ellis Hvac. We had to check through our home warranty who confirmed the replacement was received. We have not been able to contact them nor have they reached out to us to schedule the follow up appointment to replace the bad igniter and fix our heat.

Condenser went out: Logan Ellis and Eli were on time, quick, professional, and kept me involved every step of the way. The professional professionalism shown goes above and beyond. Not only did they properly diagnose my AC unit they were able to complete the install and get my AC back to proper working order after a miss diagnosis from a competitor. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Had a great experience with the team! We were so ready to get back into our house after having no heat for a couple weeks. The communication was wonderful and Holly was so sweet and talked us through everything.

Logan was very knowledgeable about my heat/air system and was able to explain to me what to do the next time my heat goes out. Very professional, on time, and respectful. However, it is difficult to get in touch with the company but it was over the holidays.

Technician was very thorough in getting to the root cause of the issue. I had what I thought was a dead blower but I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. What could have been a big repair turned out to be a simple relay replacement. My technician Logan was very professional and his skills were quite impressive.

Logan Ellis was very nice and explained what was happening, why it was happening, and what was needed to repair the unit. The parts were ordered and the repair was made expeditiously by Caleb. I'm happy with the service that I received.

Heatear quit working and had fast response to repair next day. Repair man was friendly and efficient. Part had to be ordered and came in quickly. Ellis came back and had heater working in 2 hours. I would definitely use him again
