Both Caleb and Landon have been wonderful! Very polite and respectful, they both took the time to explain the problem and discuss the options. Unlike other companies that my home warranty assigned, Ellis thoroughly evaluated my HVAC unit and found the problems without immediately trying to sell me a new unit. Scheduling was great- they were able to see me promptly. I can’t say enough good things about this company- they are truly good people who take pride in their work.

Scheduled an appointment for 7/17/25. The owner called me the day off to report that the he would not be able to keep the appointment as he is sick. I Inquired about another technician and to no avail was FORCED to reschedule for 7/18/25. No consideration for your customers as I had to take off to meet that appointment for today 7/17/25 not to mention it is an active heat advisory here and HVAC is still not working properly.

Cont. The owner had the audacity to call me butt hurt about my HONEST review I posted, how ironic but he was too sick to keep a customer’s appointment. My OPINION I DON’T RECOMMEND!!

Find someone more Adequate to get the job done. You’ll thank me later!

Ellis HVAC service providers were genuinely friendly and easy to work with. They provided quality service, annsw all my questions and I'm satisfied. My compressor and furnace were completely replaced in 2 days. I highly recommend them and I will continue using their maintenance services for the foreseeable future.

I used them with my home warranty company and they were great! They made the appointment and gave me notice when they would be there. Logan communicated the issue with my AC and were able to have it fixed quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Our home warranty company sent then out a few times. The last time they told us nothing was wrong with our unit, that the drain lines needed cleaned out. They then asked for us to pay an addition 109.50 on top of the home warranty and we did. The problems accord the next day again. No call back or text back. We had to have another company come out, they told us and showed us where if they did clean the drain lines out they didn't properly or 100 percent. We then had to pay them to finish or do the job completely. Would be careful of what they tell you they need to do and do. Also if you warranty company send them out, make sure they do what's best for you not the home warranty company

Caleb was very friendly and professional. He serviced my unit with excellence and in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and assured me that if I had any more problems they would be glad to come back out. I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted within the promised 48 hours to set up appt., called ahead, on time, solved problem, assured available for follow up should the need arise. Courteous and good communicator.
