Andrew did a great job on both my old system, and my new system that he installed. He was on time, answered all my questions, replied to all my texts/emails in timely manor, and finished the job on time. Reasonable pricing, courteous service, cannot ask for more!

Andrew is a top notch professional when its comes to Heat/Air business. Andrew came out gave several estimates on different units(explained in detail what each unit could do). I decided on the Amana 5 ton 18 Seer (multi-stage). Andrew came in early and worked well into the night to install that bad boy and its amazing. Was referred by a good friend and glad he did, Flowers Heating and Air is the way to go.

This was one of the most professional HVAC companies I have ever worked with. They put drop cloths throughout my home, to protect our floors. When he were done they still vacuumed and swept the floors.

The newly installed units look and run great. We are ready to take on the summer.

I cannot thank him enough for coming on short notice to give me an estimate when my furnace succumbed to the deployment curse and scheduled installation of a new one very quickly. He didn't try to sell us on the most expensive model, but gave knowledgeable advice for a solid unit that would fit our needs best. He went above and beyond his duty too - helping me turn on and off the water main when a plumbing crisis reared it's head while he happened to be here working on the furnace! Andrew Flowers was prompt, honest and hard working. I would recommend him to any of my friends. Our air conditioning stopped working and he spent a whole morning trying to diagnose the problem and help us avoid having to buy a new HVAC. Because of his hardwork, we used him when the time came to get an upgrade.

OMG. We called and had Andrew look at our unit in and outside. It was a hot mess. We have had a service contract for years and had some work done a month prior. $2000 worth. We were advised at that time, we would need a new unit. It was a mess. Andrew came and saw that it was hazardous and needed to be done properly and more efficiently. He advised what we needed, He got us a good deal that fit our budget.

. He came out on 12/29/20 and spent the day giving us new units in and out. We can already tell the difference. The cleaned up afterwards. He made sure things were done right. We are very very pleased. I like people that are honest and true to their word. Andrew is who I highly recommend for your needs.

Flowers was great!!! He came and installed a brand new unit at our house today and did a great job. Very polite, professional and affordable. I Cannot say enough good things about this company. Andrew returned my phone call within an hour and was at my home fixing my AC Problem with in 4 hours. All of this was taken care of on a Monday in the heat of June. I had Very little wait time even though Andrew had a full Schedule. Andrew was very professional and mannerly. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for high quality work at a fair price. We are totally satisfied with the work he did and the price he charged. I would also like to point out that our project(total replacement of ductwork under the house) had delays. These delays were a combination of various things caused by weather, other contract work we had being done, etc) It is easy to provide quality work when things go smoothly, but Andrew was able to do that even when things kept getting in our way.

Andrew came to my home today and installed my new air handler and heating kit. He was friendly, professional, and competent. There was a problem about 20 minutes after he finished, i called him, and he returned immediately and fixed the problem, even though it was already after dark. The work was done at the price quoted.I am completely satisfied, and would use him again for any hvac issue. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew is the nicest person and very considerate. He had the needed part on hand to fix my heating unit and he had it working in an hour. I've had other HVAC people to come out in the past and they would say all kinds of things were broken and needed to be repaired, but I knew better. I believe Andrew is someone I can trust to do what's needed. I will definitely call him again and refer him to friends.

It's been over a year since Andrew was at my home to fix my heating unit and when I called him this year, he was professional and got the job done. I also think he's very reasonable with his service costs. It's hard finding good technicians who are honest & fair and I'm glad I made that first call to Andrew. I know that I can count on him to get the job done and to do it right the first time.

Installed a Samsung heat pump and a tankless water heater. He also replaced and sealed my duct work. He was professional and did a great job. My house is much cooler and my electric bill is lower. It is 100 degrees outside and we are covered with a throw blanket.

Andrew was very pleasant to do business with. He explained the system. I put trust in his company. I will continue to do business with him.

Andrew has been wonderful to work with. Very professional and helpful. We replaced upgraded our entire system and the process from start to finish was smooth and easy.
