We have used Ruby’s air many many times throughout the year. They have installed all new system into a new build, repaired an old system in older house, and keeps us warm in winter and cool in summer. They will ALWAYS give you the most reasonable quote and do what is best for YOU. They have never cheated us on anything like other companies will try to up sell you. Thankful we have Ruby’s Air to keep our systems running smoothly. They also will install mini splits at a reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had Larry come out and install a mini-split for me. A good friend recommended him so I thought it would be fine. Wrong. 2 years after installation, it died. It still looks brand new. Couldn't get anybody from Strange to come and look at it because he apparently "only does the installation, not the upkeep". This was in September 2024. I tried to get him out here, he threw a temper tantrum and told me not to tell him how to run his business. Problem is.....I've had 4 different companies come out to try to get my mini-split running (still under warranty for parts) so I can get it fixed. Well, it was installed incorrectly and they could not believe the mess that he made out of it. Way too much copper, ran out of line so he did shortcuts here and there, lines are just hanging there while pooling oil, no surge protector, the way it's hanging on the wall is incorrect, etc. I wonder now if my house would have eventually caught on fire because of the shoddy work. I'm not sure if Mr. Strange knows exactly what he's doing but he should consider another career path. I am basically having to have it uninstalled and reinstalled all over again. Mr. Strange was rude, condescending and arrogant about the situation.....like, how dare I question his work. Well, when others in the same field, some who know him, are all saying the same thing, that should be a dead giveaway. Avoid this company at all costs.

Maniac behind the wheel of his crappy van. This jerk got angry at me and got out of his vehicle to approach my car at a red light. Be careful of who you allow in your home. He seemed dangerous.

I honestly called over 15 people/ companies prior to finding him. Many didn't return calls, several were no shows and the rest just wanted to rip me off.
Nathan showed up on time and 2-3 hours my problem was fixed. And without all the unnecessary, you need this or that added in, ( that wasn't needed).
He definitely is a true and honest person. Thank you Nathan for saving me from another broken promise and much added stress. You are the kind of business person that's priceless to know and I'm so proud and lucky to have met you.
