Sir Donald Cannon has provided H&A to me for several years. He kept our very old 28 year old system going even though it was obviously in need of replacement. When it could no longer be nudged along he installed a very efficient Maytag H&A system that so far has worked perfectly

Had an HVAC unit replaced in 2017; every year since then - the AC has broken down mid-summer. It's always been a shortage of refrigerant and no leak detection was every done (it was too hard, they said..). Another service provider came out today and detected it - within a warranty part after 10 minutes of looking. For 4 years, they've been taking my money every summer to refill my refrigerant AFTER their original install resulted in water damage to my attic and garage. I'm done giving them a chance to be professional and take time to address a LONG-TIME customer's needs. Don't use them - they do not hire competent staff and there is zero oversight or follow-up.
