We had a sprinkler head burst in our church attic during a winter storm. Water ran for 48 hours before we could get there. Pro Service was onsite within an hour of our phone call. They restored our building to better than it was before. Jason Sweat and Tim Epley are top notch!

My call for help was immediately addressed. The work started the next day. The supervisor was informative and very helpful. The workmen were on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their work was excellent and everyday the space was left clean when they left. I would call again if needed and have given their name to several others.

My friend was recently having work done in her home and I had the pleasure of meeting some of the crew and seeing the quality services provided. William Allred was extremely helpful and courteous. He provided detailed work with an excellent attitude. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing services completed. Ask for Will, you won't be disappointed!

Pro Service Builders did a great job handling the remediation and repair from a major water link at our law firm. They were very professional and the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Pro Service Builders.

If I were to rate a place by the actions of one driver/employee I'd rate them 1 star for truck livery and the fact that I guess they hire crappy desperate drivers because one just nearly wrecked me after running a stop sign in NLR.

Update: the company reached out with apologies and questions about the incident, saying they take things like that very seriously and have a protocol for dealing with them.

This was a fantastic experience. Their contractors pay attention to details. The work was exceptional! And fast! They treat your business like it’s their home. I can’t imagine using anyone but ProService Builders. They are the BEST!!

We had to have our floors replaced... all of them. They did a great job this first time BUT unfortunately the run of flooring was a bad one but it wasn't evident until after finishing. So, we had to do it again. But the happy ending to this story was that Pro Service Builders worked with distributors, assigned the right guys to do the removal and reinstall and everything was made right. Stepped up. We didn't like to have to move out again but it had to happen and I can't think of any way they could have made the experience any better.

At Torchy's in Fayetteville, AR today for their grand reopening! Pro Service Builders did a phenomenal job on the structural repairs and remodel! I appreciate them having me out to photograph the results.

Pro Service is absolutely amazing! Steve rocks. He was always in communication with us about what was happening and worked with us being in the building almost the whole time so we could get some work done for our store. With him working with us, we were able to get the project finished a few weeks faster. What a great company and everyone was super nice. Most importantly - they actually cleaned up after themselves every day. Great company but more importantly just great people!

They were very thorough, explained the process clearly, and truly paid attention to every detail. David and Lynne were accessible 24 hours a day.

The contractors were extremely professional and respectful. As I like to say they "close the circle" - nothing was left unfinished or overlooked. From start to finish, the communication and follow-through were outstanding.

A storm with straight-line winds caused two large oak trees to fall onto our house. From our insurance carrier’s list of recommended companies, we chose Pro Service Builders. After a quick comparison online, I selected them based on their depth of experience in both remediation and repair.

The project managers were excellent to work with, as were their subcontractors across the various trades. Everyone—from the PMs to the subs—listened carefully to our concerns, were attentive to detail, and kept the site neat and tidy, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Overall, Pro Service Builders was very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and delivered quality results.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel that I should let people know about my experience. My roof was damaged from a hail storm and I worked with Matt to get it replaced. He worked with my insurance and made it easy for me. He showed up when he said that he would and completed the installation in a very timely manner. Him and the roofing team were both professional and treated my home as if it were their own. I highly recommend Arkansas River Valley Roofing!

Our experience with ARVR was top notch! Aaron Watkins and his team made the whole experience seamless and stress free. Aaron walked us through the whole process and worked hard to get our insurance company to cover items that the adjuster missed. Matt, the owner, came during the installation of our new roof just to check and make sure everything was perfect for us! We highly recommend them!

Our contractor , Chase, was the most reliable, efficient, and professional person We have ever worked with on house projects. He checked on the progress of our roof installation many times throughout the day and stayed late into the evening to help the installers clean up. I HIGHLY recommend working with him. We have a 2 car carport that was in desperate need of a new flat roof, repair of a water damaged support beam, and a paint job to cover the original 54 year old paint that had become an eyesore. Chase, their customer service rep, worked with us and gave us the best price for the new roof and the beam repair. The roof type was the best and most reasonably priced for our needs and the installation was first class!. Chase was a genuine pleasure to work with and became a friend during the process. He did the beam repair and did a fantastic job of insuring that it was done correctly. He then offered to do the needed painting at NO additional cost! Naturally, I provided the paint and associated materials and did some of the prep and touch up. Chase did a great job of painting that completely transformed the look of the carport underneath. I would highly recommend Arkansas River Valley Roofers to anyone needing any of the services that they offer in terms of best bang for the buck and high quality materials and workmanship. We're thrilled by the work that they did for us!
