I was a victim of the March 31, 2023 tornadoes. I was acquaintances with someone who worked for AR River Valley Roofing when I was looking for a general contractor to repair my home from the tornado.
I had so many problems with the work they did (unfortunately too many to list here due to text limits). The most egregious being no insulation being put in my attic (though I was told there was full insulation in the attic), getting paint on my brand new floors, painting over nails/hooks in walls rather than removing them, etc.

I eventually reached back out because there were so many things going wrong with the repairs they made. Initially they were responsive and made some of the repairs to their work. Then they ghosted me for 3 months. I had to reach back out to them at which time I was told "I didn't' forget about you" (They did forget about me). They came back out and put insulation in the attic, added drip edge (I'm still having issues with the soffits and fascia). They had started to address the issues with the floors and last I heard they needed to find the correct plank. I never heard back from them.

Going through the tornado and being displaced from my home for 6 months was awful enough. But then to get back into my home and see how poor their work was has added even more stress to the situation. I now have problems with my house that I didn't have because they did such an awful job. I was told I have a 5 year warranty on the repairs they made but I can't even rely on them to follow up and correct their mistakes. They made $70K+ off of the repairs to my home.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest or direct. Their communication sucks. They seem to have a difficult time finding worthwhile contractors which is reflected in the quality of the work done. I feel completely taken advantage of by them. I have told the owner of the company this and, while, he seems earnest and genuine when I talk to him. His lack of action says otherwise.

Avoid them at all costs.

Matt and his company did an excellent job on our roof. Great work, very responsive, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the completed job! Would highly recommend! And will use again!

We recently used Arkansas River valley roofing company after the April 5th storms. Ernesto and Brian were wonderful to work with. They came out multiple times to get an accurate report for our insurance company and Ernesto met with the insurance adjuster to get our roof approved. Once approved, the roof was replaced in one day and looks fantastic. My neighbor even commented how polite the crew was since some of our shingles fell into her fenced backyard and they went to clean it up. There were no nails or old shingles left at the end of the day - just a new roof that looks great. We were very pleased with Arkansas River Valley Roofing and would definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic experience with this company - the best I’ve ever had with a contractor. The project managers, Stoney and Shawn, were on top of everything doing exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. I especially appreciated Stoney handling most of the complex insurance process for me. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a severe hail damage from a recent Strom that came thru causing a leak from the roof. But Mr. Nick Watson help walk us thru the hole process. The crazy insurance process all the way to end product which looks way better then we could imagine. They finished the whole house in a day clean up and all just like they said.. This company and nick waston I would highly recommend. The service, price, and quality are unmatched.

Arkansas River Vallet Roofing is the very WORST roofing contractor in Arkansas. Do NOT use them no matter what. They have a process they follow. 1st they are Storm Chasers, they knock on your door and tell you you have roof damage. They do an inspecton while taking measurenents, then get your insurance information info. Contract is signed and work begans. Any leftover materials bought and to be paid for my you are stolen if you are not careful.After your previously non leaking roof has been repaired and the City will not pass the inspection due to shoddy work and craftmanship, plus they never pull a permit to start repairs you began to regret your decision to hire these people. After RVRS attempts to repair damages to no avail, you kick them off the project and file a law suit on them . You win the lawsuit, they get their licensed revoked. They file a lawsuit on you, the customer, for breach of contract. They somehow get the case transferred to their hometown of Russellvile. Now the elderly couple, have to drive hours to accomadate these con artists. Garland County lawyers do not wast to go to Russellville, so they find an excuse to Quit and keep your 5000. Dollar retainer. The few attorneys contacted suggest Bankruptcy as the only solution to keep ARVR from putting a lien on your forever home. This is NOT right and this is common proceduer for these Crooks. At 71 years old and Cancer prognosis, the husband has to return to work to save his home and support his family, while these losers live high on the hog. What is Wrong with Arkansas? ARVR has 5 negatives on their reoprt, but carry a A- rating. Where is the help for the little guy and the eldery who worked a lifetime and are struggling to survive and raise their Adopted Grandson? I would say it’s really 4.6. They completed the job on time and were very courteous.
The cleanup was not as good as it could have been as I have picked up a lot of small plastic strips. I also had to text to get someone to come pick up the excess materials brought to the work site.

I requested a quote from multiple roofers in the Russellville area for a new roof to be placed on commercial property. Arkansas River Valley Roofing not only gave the most reasonable offer, but they were always timely in returning my texts or phone calls. I worked with Aaron, and he returned my calls within about 10 minutes every time. He was very easy to work with. When the installation of the new TPO roof was complete, he had a TPO manufacturer inspector come out to ensure that it was installed properly. It passed inspection. The roofer we’ve used in the past for this property did not have an inspector look at their work. As the project occurred, Aaron texted me pictures of the progress, which I appreciated, because I live in another state. I highly recommend AR River Valley Roofing.

We were given a short timeframe to replace our roof after our insurance decided that it was too old. I did a quick Google search to find a good company to use. I noticed that Arkansas River Valley Roofing had a high number of 5 star reviews. I reached out to Arkansas River Valley Roofing and was contacted by Chase Lovell.

Chase came out that afternoon to give us an estimate and cover the process and materials that would be used. After I made the down payment, Chase quickly scheduled us for that same week.

The weather had other plans for us, but the team came out the next day to get started and had the entire project done in 2 days.

I would highly recommend Arkansas River Valley Roofing and will consider reaching out if I need any of the many services that are offered by this company.

Had these guys clean the gutters at my Mom's house and do some minor gutter repairs, they did a great job, very friendly and affordable. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.
