Chase is one of the best contractors I have worked with. He went above and beyond to try to help me get insurance coverage for roof repair to no avail. Great workmanship and reasonable pricing. Got the job done in the timeframe required to finalize sale of home. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job replacing our roof, as well as the inside damage caused by the leak. They worked well with our insurance company and successfully advocated for us with them. They always showed up when they said they would, they worked fast, and they cleaned up their “mess” every day before leaving. We highly recommend them.

After the storm on Memorial Day weekend in Salesville, my roof had some damage so I called Arkansas River Valley Roofing.
The Mountain Home rep Robert Alexander along with Carlos and his crew, did a great job of replacing my roof. I had them do a few things that the builder didn’t do properly (bathrooms vented to the attic) and they had no problem taking care of those things while they were here.
I feel confident that if I were to have any other problems Robert and his crew will be sure to make things right.

I had hail damage on the roof when I purchased my home. Long story short, it needed to be replaced and asap!
Brian came out and walked me through everything. He was beyond awesome! Any question I had he answered even if I asked more than once. (Which I did). He talked to me not at me. He is professional and courteous. The roof was completed in a day and the inside work was a day the following week. He was very accommodating to my schedule and made sure I was happy with the work before moving on to the next step. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone, hands down!

He quoted me the most reasonable roof replacement estimate. He was accommodating and told me exactly what to expect for my repair timeline. He was 100% on point! His crew was respectful and swift and did a fantastic job. I received an additional on-site visit from Brian and a follow-up phone call. Fantastic service!!! From the time of contact to a new roof was two weeks. And that was only because it had to be delayed due to rain. We would have had a new roof in a week.

They worked closely with insurance company during agent inspection. Performed professional job of tear-off and installation of new shingles, damaged plywood, boots, and flashing. Cleanup was quick and spotless (I couldn't find one nail or even a small piece of old shingle.) I highly recommend this company and their roofing crew.

I am not sure where to even begin with these guys! From initial communication all the way through to the end, these guys were professional and really took care of us! They are the hardest-working group of guys that we have ever encountered! They started on our job early and worked tirelessly well into the evenings to get us taken care of and let me tell you...it was HOT! When they were done they spent hours picking every bit of trash up and frankly...left the outside cleaner than it was to begin with! Look at our finished roof! Beautiful! Can't say enough good things about this company!!!!

If you are on the fence and want to talk to a roofer about a roofing insurance claim, but don’t know how to get it started, give Matt a call. My first impression of Matt was when he was going door to door asking if he could give free roof inspections because he had just replaced a roof nearby that was an insurance approved replacement for storm damage. My thoughts were here is a guy who is willing to get out there, talk to people, do the inspections, and after all that he calls the insurance companies to get the claim started for you and comes back when the adjustor shows up to show him the damage. He did all that before I even agreed to hire him. Most people who knock on doors make me a little nervous, but he was extremely professional and to be quite honest, if he is willing to do all that before I hire him, he has done enough to earn my business. His crew replaced my roof in 2 days. They were professional, efficient, and thorough. This is the first group I have ever seen clean up as they went. I literally didn’t have to do anything. Matt and his crew handled everything through the whole process. I am extremely pleased with how my roof turned out. My experience with River Valley Roofing has assured me that there are people out there who care about their customers and the services they provide them.
