My homeowners insurance policy gave me a month before dropping me due to the condition of my roof. As soon as I had the roof cleaned with River City Power Wash, and sent the pictures in, they immediately reinstated me. Well worth the money and the before and after speaks for itself! Easy to communicate, and exceptional quality of work!

I was a little apprehensive about finding someone to clean house but I took a chance and contacted River City Power Wash after seeing them on Instagram.

I should have taken a before shot. It was so dirty before. Matt even got the porch ceiling, which I thought needed painting or replaced, sparkling clean. Looks like a completely different house now. Thanks River City Power Wash!

Not a good experience. I work with contractors daily and thankfully typically only have positive reviews to report. However this was different. Matt over promises and under delivers. His quote was vague—the front and side patios were done correctly and garages, mailboxes etc. However, He forgot the back patio which is the largest job (600+ square feet). He apologized and stated he would be back next day. No problem.
The problem began when he returned next day at 10am and left at 10:07am. He hit the floor of patio quickly and nothing else. Not under furniture. Didn’t state furniture needed to be moved or anything. He confirmed he was only there 7 minutes for a 600+ square foot patio. Patio still not complete//webs etc still left. I reached out to let him know the clients were not happy (these are super easy clients to work with) and asked if he could return to make right. He stated no. Never apologized that he didn’t finish the job. Never said sorry that he over promised. Just basically it is what it is. He offered $100 refund. This is an over 1k job on a million dollar house and he even stated it was a high caliber property when estimating trying to get the job. Very lazy and just cared about getting out of town. I’m disappointed as I trusted him to deliver for my clients and he didn’t which falls back on me as I recommended him. Never again.
