I’m so pleased with Apex, have used them several times

I had my VERY FIRST lawn services with Apex yesterday and my experience with the lawn care services they provided was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and PHENOMENAL. They were superbly helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and professional !!! I anticipate on being a satisfied customer for years to come of their very FIRST service!!

This is the first time I’ve ever posted a negative review on Google. I don’t like to do it. And I’ve waited two months to cool off about it. But Apex’s unprofessional actions were shocking to me.

I will say right off the bat that my yard is a difficult one. In fact, it’s one that some services might prefer not to do. But they agreed and began working and did a pretty good job. After a mostly positive experience with them I reminded them of a request about not blocking my one lane street as it blocks neighbors and deliveries. This request had been made before and does require more work staging some of their equipment. This happened on a day they were working in my yard. The employee said they would do it and then did not. They rushed to finish my yard, and left in a hurry. Then — a couple of hours later — I was shocked to receive an email from their owner stating — out of the blue — that this was their final bill and they would not be back again.

I tried to call to talk to them about it but they didn’t take my calls or respond to my emails or texts. My ask was not insignificant, but I was also willing to work with them on it. But they didn’t know that because they were ghosting me.

I think they just decided it was their excuse to drop me as a customer because my yard was difficult. It was shocking and wildly unprofessional.

They mostly did a good job previous to that. There were some issues: they did left equipment behind and may have inflated the pricing on some items purchased at the nursery (but I’m not positive of that). They also moved a large item in the yard and didn’t move it back, which was hard to fix by myself.

If they happen to try to contradict my version of events here, don’t believe it. I’ve got the emails, texts and photos to prove all of it. And my language towards them was serious but not rude or unprofessional. Like this comment.

Honestly, I was most upset about the abruptness of their action and lack of accountability for it. I would’ve settled it with them by phone or email if they had responded to me, but since they ghosted me, this is the only way to voice my disappointment in their actions. They may do a great job in your yard. But they might also fire you out of the blue. It’s a role of the dice. I do not recommend Apex.

Apex are truly fantastic with St Augustine grass!! I can't say enough about how they are so knowledgeable about everything. I am truly impressed with their work and knowledge. Also, they are on time each week and extremely pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Apex.

Person did a good job which took him less than 30 minutes to do but why would your company charge $80. That's a rip off for a standard sized yard. This is outrageous. I had to get it done so I just bit the bullet but wow. Arkansas companies are very different when it comes to pricing.

Apex has truly delivered for me. They are reliable, knowledgable, helpful, and their work stands out. As a result of their consistent care, my lawn is a beautifully maintained sanctuary for me. Thanks for the A+ work men!

We live out of town and needed to find a trusted lawn service. Apex has been great! We appreciate the on time service and the great job they do. I feel the price for the service they provide is very fair. Peace of mind is a big deal to me and I am more than satisfied with Apex!

I have been a customer of this lawn care company for eight years. The Apex team originally worked for another company before it changed management. They then decided to form their own company and I gladly followed them. Every person on the team is a dedicated professional and, most important to me, they are as attentive to residential lawn customers as they are to their business customers. Lawn mowing, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance are some of the services I have used over the years. Because of Dennis and his crew my yard looks lovely. Thank you, Apex Lawn Care.

Installers damaged my new metal roof on my house cut and tore the corners so they bent most edges knocked a part off my house plus many more. I have 12 photos,

John, my sales rep was knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. He explained gutter gauges and materials to me. He also waited on me to received another quote to compare and make my decision.

Leaf Filter is a great product that keeps me off the ladder from having to clean my gutters. They stand behind their products if and when problems arise (which have been few if any).

Be careful about this product, while it may keep leaves from getting in your gutters, it still allows the water to run over the edge of your gutter defeating the purpose of your gutters.

We had them install new gutters and their Leaffliter product. You will still need diverters to redirect a fast water flow. These diverters catch leaves, pollen and grit from your roof. Once they get stopped up, the rain water gushes over the edge splashing to the ground and all over the side of your house.

We need an umbrella to walk out on our front porch and there is nothing to protect you from the splashing up on your shoes and pants leg.

Some of our diverters are 26 feet off the ground, so in order to keep my 70 yo husband safe, we still need someone to brush off the leaf filter and clean out behind the diverters. After your 365 day contract, they want to charge me $95 to come and do that.

No hard sell, easy to understand the product. Installation was fast and efficient. Product works great! Very pleased with the look and function.

The salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. The installers were OK but left a lot of tree and shrub trimmings in the yard to be gathered. I'm very happy with the product.

Gutter System, if the screen on top of the gutter get clogged, you call and let them know, and they come, clean or replace the screen, then they depart. Easy from call to unclogging the screen! If your gutters get stopped up you WILL be glad you have LeafFilters product on your gutters!!

Timely installation after accepting negotiated quote. Professional installation and cleanup. Only rained once since install but no overflows.
