They gave us the whole spill and we bought them. However, they didn't do any power washing, like they said they would. They never replaced any of our gutters he just bent them back together and put their screen on top. We have many that leak especially in the back yard. Thousands of dollars paid for a screen on our rusty old ones. 😡

Do not purchase LeafFilter! They will quote you very high initially and then lower it by more than half. The selling at my home took 2 hours with my small children hungry and they wouldn’t leave. I said no. Then I get a text a few weeks ago about how they have people needing to work during these hard times (COVID-19) and I felt bad and they gave an even lower price and I said yes. First, they done truly clean the gutters. They say they clean them but there is very little effort done and they leave the flower beds and anywhere they took stuff off my previous filter screens a mess. The outside of the gutters look terrible. I notified management and essentially was told there was nothing they would do to fix it. They killed a baby birds nest and cut bushes that should have not even been touched. To pay almost $1800 and have this terrible service is so frustrating. No one will call me back. I would tell everyone I know to say no and stick to that answer. I wish I had.

These guys are the true best of the best!! From Michael Collier introducing, pricing, and answering questions about the product. Then the hand off and scheduling of the install by Robert Weaver, which went amazingly great. I now will not fear the dreaded gutters any more. Thanks for peace at mind with a great product, company, and team, can't ask for anything better than that.

I will NEVER recommend LEAF FILTER after the way things have gone since the installation. The sales guy was fantastic but after that nothing has been good. LEAF FILTER installed NEW gutters, but the problem we have are leaks and the whole reason to have gutters is to NOT have leaks. I've contacted the office, the salesman, the service/warranty people but as of today nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to the install. I've spoken to the attorney general, Leslie Rutledge, here in Arkansas and she is looking into the company. BEWARE OF LEAF FILTER they are not what they say they are.

We had our roof replaced and some damage was done to the leaf filter. The Leaffilter man was close and came and checked out the system and repaired it. It was done very fast.

We liked the sales pitch and agreed to pay about 3 times more than just a normal leaf guard but then the company never called to install, I called the 1800 number on the contract to be put on hold again and again and was given an option for a call back but nobody ever called me back. Again I called many many times. I called my sales person and emailed my sales person who said he would try and find out but he too eventually went silent. This goes on for six weeks and I email again requesting to cancel my contract and what do you know they responded with Okay, not I’m sorry we will make it right. Astonishingly poor service. After researching further this product isn’t really all that great in Arkansas rain anyway.

I called Leaf Filter for an estimate, they were quick to call me back. I have large trees all around my house and every year, the leaves and debris fill up the gutters and I had to clean them. It was a daunting task. The presentation sold me. Did you know they also seal the seams and ends to avoid leaks, after THEY clean your gutters out? Yep. The peace of mind knowing I don't have to mess with them again, is priceless. Lifetime warranty, just make a call to them for repairs...you bet! If you are on the fence, just do it. You'll be glad you did!

The follow up on my job was done well and the issues were completely resolved. The technician was helpful and very friendly. He gave me great confidence that Leaf Filter will stand by their work and that they really care about my satisfaction with their product and effectiveness.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They were set up at the saline county fair and were SOOO incredibly disrespectful

Nice folks but I paid $1400 for a gutter cleaning and sealant and all the grime littered my flower beds and lawn and no sealant applied. In addition they keep blowing me up about a contract which I had already signed. Not the best.

I've been profoundly impressed with the service I've received. Everyone that I talk to wants to help and the on-site techs have been great to talk with. Everyone has been very respectable of the property and the gutters look absolutely amazing.

There was some confusion in the beginning with the financing, but they made it right and everything worked out well! Installation was a breeze (MadDog Construction - John Woodall and his crew were amazing!) We've only had our new gutters a couple of weeks but they are already a game changer!

We had gutters installed incorrectly. During the first snow some of the gutters came down. They started to fall before heavy snow even came down! The warranty is lifetime except for ice build up and there was not ice.
They came out and agreed they were installed incorrectly and said they would replace. Then a week later they came back and changed their mind and wanted us to pay an additional $2,000 to fix it. They won’t hold up to their warranty, admitted they were wrong on installation and now wont do anything to fix it! I would not recommend them at all!

They did what was agreed, cleaned up after themselves, professional, respectful of person & property. Communicated time of arrival and of any changes.

Appointment was scheduled, and the work was done two days later! Work was done, as discussed! Great work! Great crew! The only problem that I had was, I asked for pictures to be sent to me, after the installation, as it is a rental property. They did not send any, I finally got over there, to see the work, 10 days later. That is why I am giving 4⭐️ instead of 5
