2 months now and still can't get them to deliver my stuff. Won't answer phone. Corporate contacts them and they swear it'll be there the next day. It never shows up. Over and over again. 8 delays so far.

We were buying a washing machine, this store didn't have one in stock but they called around and the McCain store had it, they had it sat aside so we could pick it up same day. Great staff.

Lowe's has a great selection of gardening supplies. I'm a new gardener and found practically everything I needed in one store. I was impressed with their cleanliness and how friendly and helpful the staff was.

I would give you negative stars if I had the chance. Future customers, DO NOT EVER buy a countertop to be installed at your house, from this company. The order was measured wrong. When the appliances didn't fit properly back in their place, the installation crew pretended not to notice. They just jammed them back in the best they could. Then, when we called to let management know what happened, they scheduled a time to look at the installation. The manager failed to show up, and also failed to call to say they were not coming by. Then when the manager came by, he had to come back a second time with the crew that installed it. I don't believe in the blame game. Even if there was someone to blame, figure that out away from the customer. Since my grandfather has been recently diagnosed with cancer, he just wanted this done nice for my grandmother. After all of this trouble, they don't have time for Lowes and the installation company to rip it out and put a different counter top in. Long story short, my grandfather saved Lowes some money. He could have made you redo all of it over again. Send him a gift card!! Corporate will also be reading this.

The worst. I never can find someone to help me and when I do the “expert” just reads the box to me. I needed help on a garage door the female that is the “expert” in this dept looked at me
Crazy when I asked her to the difference between the two I was trying to choose between. I’ll come here for paint and getting spare keys made. For the big important stuff Ill go to smaller stores that focus on giving their customers real help. Side note: I get better customer service at Walmart...

Waited for about 30 minutes for someone to cut 4 boards for me and nobody ever came to the cutting station to help despite being paged over the PA system. Lady at the front register was really nice about it and said their normal guy who cut wood had to leave for an emergency. This was at 2PM on a Saturday. Didn't end up buying the wood because 10 foot boards couldnt fit in my car. You'd think they would have at bare minimum 2 people on staff who could operate that thing on a Saturday.

Time and time again I come here thinking this time I will find what I need or get the help that I need. Wasted 30 minutes here again today trying to figure out shower parts and searching for someone that could help me and nobody in sight. Absolutely never again. I probably saw a dozen employees hanging out in different corners of the store talking to each other or nobody at all, but didn't see anybody helping customers and there was absolutely nobody available in the plumbing department.

Although I prefer going to Home Depot over Lowe's I do love that little rock finally has a Lowe's. there are certain items that I cannot find it Home Depot and it is nice that we have a Lowe's for those items. Their selection of U bolts well any specialized bolt seems to be far Superior to Home Depot which is odd to me.

The flooring department was amazing. Rene and Dee Dee took the time to help us find our product even though it was discontinued. They had amazing customer service and made us this location our go to for all future purchases.

They would not give me a reason, ebut they Would not allow me to exchange my broken Craftsman tools, which. Are guaranteed for life? They gave me a number to call and I called and I called and I called. And that number is an automated service, and you can't get to a human. Craftsman tools are Guaranteed for lif

I'm in Lowe's so much my wife and I tease we have an apartment in the back. The new West Little Rock store is clean, well lit, and very convenient. I enjoy shopping there, and I confess, just looking and wishing is nice also. If I am on the road, Bryant is my stop. Both stores have knowledgeable and friendly staff. Also plenty of tools and advice if you need anything else from nails to roofing material.

We we're put off for service two times by the person in the flooring Dept. Once to finish talking to two employees, then she apparently forgot us and went to help another customer. But she did interrupt her talk with the employees to show us what we we're looking for. The store is new, well stocked and clean. Several other employees approached us to help us.

Placed an order online early afternoon but the products were not ready until next morning. Went to pick the items after work. Initially I thought it was a curbside pickup. However, a lady directed me to wait next to the garden center. Waited for 15 min. No one showed up and helped. Talked to another associate in the garden center and told me to wait and someone will help. Waited for another 15min and found the same associate. She told me she can help me. Finally, a guy came and helped me. It took another 20 min to load all my items onto my SUV. Unbelievable. I thought it could be done in 15 min or so. Eventually, it took me 50min to get my items. I might try Home Depots next time.

Russ in appliances is fantastic. Answered our questions, looked them up if he didn't know. There are a lot of people here to help you, if you have DIY questions. We left there with what we came for. Thank you.

Good selection of appliances and enough locations nearby to have most things available, if not at one location but another. However, they do suffer from lack of personnel to provide adequate service. One person just can't help 10 people at once. And this is the kind of store that people really need assistance. Seems a trend in all big stores.

The customer service at this Lowe's is the best in central Arkansas. Everything we need plus the expertise to assist us. The guys loading in the Garden Center don't get enough praise for the work they do.

Certified garden section goblin here. There isn't much of a selection outside right now, but that's okay, it's early. There are plenty of those kitchen herbs, like basil and thyme. I also found lavender, which was a welcome surprise, I didn't know they carried that.

The rose bushes are lovely. Mine is doing well since I came here. They water the plants well and I didn't notice any sign of pests in the ones I chose.

I go here frequently for little things that I need around the house, they are extremely friendly and always ask if they can help me find something. The only downside is they have a smaller selection of the smart home options than their competitors. Other than that, every time has been a great experience.

This store is clean and new but all the employees are still wet behind the ears. I went in on opening weekend and there were no price tags in some parts of the store. Then one of my co-workers went in this week and had to teach the fork lift drivers how to load materials on to a 16' trailer with sides. In time it should be a nice store to shop at, even if it is a bit on the smaller side.

Had a list of items to get while working on a newly purchased house. Wanted to open a Lowe’s Credit Card. Went to customer service, waited in line for 5 minutes with one associate who obviously knew nothing about the computer system. Finally had to have another associate come over and take the customer to store pickup where they needed to be all along. Another associate told me “good luck with this guy” meaning his fellow employee and walked off. Store layout is poor compared to the Bryant and NLR locations. Aisle signs do not face the main aisle to tell you where things are. While throughout the whole store, saw a total of 3 employees in the aisles. Luckily one gave us mediocre service and knew where things were. Got to the checkouts and 6 employees were standing around. Management was nowhere to be found. I’m not a huge fan of Home Depot down the street but at least they have a good layout and employees willing to assist. I’ll either start going there or go to the other Lowe’s in Central Arkansas before I go back to the LR location.

Hate leaving bad reviews but this store has certainly earned it in my experience. I've ordered a few items from them online and they always have an extremely difficult time finding my items when I arrive to pick them up. In spite of my experience I decided to give them another chance and ordered a refrigerator through this store. I received a message stating my item had finally arrived. I've called multiple times to reschedule my delivery date but its proven to be impossible to get anyone within a department to answer the phone. As I type this, I've been sitting here for almost 20 minutes with the phone ringing. It sounds like someone periodically picks up the phone, puts me on hold and then sends me back through the loop. Other than that, this store seems to be well-stocked for the size of the store it is(smaller than your typical lowes). Staff has always been helpful but can be difficult to get help. This store needs more employees.
