Dontre was our service professional. We have been using Airmasters for years and he was the best of all the professional we had come out. Very courteous, respectful and very detailed with his job. I would highly recommend Dontre!

Not that the other techs aren't good, but Jay is who we want to work with us every time. He was very thorough, polite, replaced item that had to be moved, and overall did a very good job.

I am very impressed. My technician Jay did a terrific job servicing our A/C unit. Not only did he complete the required checklist items; he answered all questions I had regarding the function and expected longevity our 11 year old unit. I’ll definitely be requesting Jay as our service technician for future checkups!☺️

What a great experience with Airmasters! I called just after 7am on Sunday morning. I received a call back from Jorge within an hour. He explained the pricing in detail and was then at my house by 8:30. He was very thorough and problem was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend Airmasters and Jorge.

From the moment they picked up the phone to answer my questions about servicing my home generator to the digital confirmations, digital introduction of the service staff coming to my home, the actual service that was provided and the digital follow up, I've been nothing but impressed. They were on time and did the work in a timely manner and all was priced very reasonably. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

My technician, Mr Torrian Woods, was very professional and thorough with his tune up of my systems. I shared a concern with him and he addressed that issue,rectified my problem with exuberance. I know that there are those who might speculate on what I'm posting, but it is my sincere assessment of his service. I'm delighted to do business with Airmasters and I do highly recommend. I've never been neglected when I've called about an issue. Service reliability is Airmasters......

From what I could witness, it looked like he was doing all the checks and cleaning. Cannot tell you if everything was done in the attic since I was not present. He did correct my filter size digitally so that in the future the correct size could be installed. In the past they just cut one to size and used duct tape to install a proper filter. Jorge is supposed to drop 2 filters off that are the proper size so that I can change the old ones out

Alex did a good job finding out why my heat was not getting hot.

Matt Daniel with Airmasters conducted an electrical survey of my home recently and I was really impressed! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, checked everything out, and took time to sit down with me and explain his findings. He was extremely thorough with his work and explained things very clearly to me, since I am definitely not an electrical professional! I definitely recommend him!

They were so prompt and helpful! Explained every step and made it easy to understand what was going on. They gained a loyal customer today and will refer any and everyone I can!

Jay arrived on time, did a great job, and explained things in a way that I understood. I have requested Jay ever since the first time he came out and will continue to request him going forward. He remembered that I have an odd number of filters and things we'd talked about in the past. Super polite and conscientious!

Doug was outstanding. His patience with me was warm and friendly. Turns out my gas had been turned off because of a leak in the neighborhood. He checked everything out. He replaced my filters. It is the people who work for AirMasters that make every experience feel like it was great. Thank you!

Mr. Matthews called me to let me know he would be available after the job he was on. I received an email a n d text ID of him. Also, he called me when he was heading my way. He came in my home and assessed the problem. He explained what was causing the problem, gave me the name of the replacement part, and gave the price. He stated that taxes will be added. He explained everything. I'm greateful for his knowledge and communication. He did an excellent job on the air conditioner.

Good service for the most part, all the technicians that came out for our installation were friendly and willing to talk/explain what they were doing. The communication could’ve been better- both between the technicians and from the technicians to us. The messaging system was wrong a couple times and either didn’t tell us they were coming, or told us at the wrong time. Otherwise, the actual installation went well and they got our whole system replaced and working within about a week. They even stayed late in the evening to make sure it was on and working.
