Airmasters was fantastic from start to finish. My AC went out during the hottest week of the summer. First, they sent a repair man to diagnose the issue and he was honest with me that they could fix the fan, but he didn’t know if the compressor was melted. It probably was because the unit had felt really hot to the touch.

Next, they sent out Brad, a salesman. He spent a lot of time looking at my old house and came up with a creative solution to box in my old register so it would fit a standard filter.

Several technicians came out to install the unit, then they came out again to turn the fan down a bit because it was a little too noisy for my very sensitive hearing.

I’m extremely happy with their service and highly recommend! Nice, professional people all around.

Darnell was extremely professional and detailed. He clearly explained everything he checked during the maintenance visit and walked me through his recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Airmasters.

Mekhi Perkins is professional, communicates and explains everything clearly. He listens carefully, answers all questions, even the questions I didn't know to ask.

He told me everything he was doing and the reasons why. Air Masters is lucky yo have him.

My Airmasters service contract has been great. With cleaning and inspection twice a year, we have not worried at all in between. Things keep working with no problems. And they don't make up problems and try to get us to buy what we don't need. They are always friendly and professional.

Had a few electrical problems and Ron Walker (Air Masters) fixed everything…… he was willing to explain things to an old lady who likes to learn something new daily. He was professional and respectful. I am so pleased that Air Masters has expanded their services to include electrical. Now I trust Air Masters with my heating, air and electrical projects. You can’t go wrong with these guys! They are top of the top-of-the-line professionals!

Ron Walker initially came out to identify why our dishwasher and wine cooler wasn’t working. He diagnosed the issue was a result of a power surge that burnt out the board on the dishwasher and the compressor on the wine cooler. I pointed out a couple of other issues that I wanted addressed. He returned a few days later to install a whole-house surge protection device for my home. Ron Walker was very professional and curtious. After completing the work, he helped program my exterior light timer and he had researched the device and gave me a printed copy of the instructions on how to operate the timer for future issues. He also recommended during his initial visit to me the correct materials for the attic light that I wanted installed. Before leaving, he also installed the light fixture in the attic without any additional charge. My wife and I really want to thank Airmasters for having Ron Walker as an employee. He is truly worth his weight in gold!

As usual you guys are amazing. I love how we get a text with picture of the person coming out. Today we had heat maintenance done to both our units. Mekhi Perkins was the one that was here today. He was awesome. He let me know what all he was doing and kept me informed. We do seem to have a leak with the upstairs unit and he was very knowledgeable and gave us our options and what he would do. Thanks again for the exceptional service you guys provide.

This afternoon Lester Smith came out and helped us make the decision with our next steps. He picked up where Mekhi left off. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Again, you guys are amazing. Lester made what could have been a very stressful situation way less stressful. Thanks again!

Doug, was on time. Introduced himself and visit with us for a few minutes since it was the first time to service our units and where they are located. He then went right to work servicing our heating units. Changed out all the filters. Checked the units with their thermostats, making sure they were in sync. Then made sure everything was as he found it. Very neat. Very thorough and all done professionally.

Yates was on time and spent the time to figure out what was wrong with my system. They were able to fix it same day. They also talked with me about my air quality concerns and quoted me two different options to help address them. They were very organized and the technology they have to support their operations makes it super easy for customers.

Yates Maintenance was called to perform a maintenance and service check of the HVAC on a condo we have for sale. They scheduled on the day we were hoping for and came at the time they said they would come. I received reminders and updates up to the scheduled service time. Tyler and his team were professional and thorough and friendly. They took their time and cleaned and checked all aspects of the system. We are confident that the system is in tip top shape for our buyer. I would highly recommend Yates.

Yates came highly recommended to me by a friend. We've now called on them twice and will likely never call another. Their staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and have made every effort to see us ASAP when in need. They were very fast and efficient at diagnosing the issues, offered more than one solution when available to keep costs low for us, and an optional piece of work to protect our system from repeat issues. (Gonna follow up with that soon!) It was refreshing to have personable techs explain in detail what the issues were, rather than give a blanket statement and expect immediate trust and money hand-over-fist. Both times they've even had the parts on them, so there's been no wait time or reschedule to fix. With a newborn premie in the house, it's a load off our minds to know we can call on Yates when we have a problem.
