Pricing, scheduling, customer service were all outstanding! Matt, Justin, and Rafael were especially terrific. I had A/C unit moved from one side of the house to the other. As a result, at the new location a metal cover that went over some of the piping and wiring on the outside of the house needed to be installed. I was told the cover "could be painted any color I wanted to match the house," which I assumed meant that Yates would paint it. Only days later after it was already installed to the wall did I learn I am responsible for painting it. Had I known that I would have painted it myself before they affixed it to the wall since it would be less messy and I wouldn't have to get on a very tall ladder and awkwardly try to paint. Other than that, the entire job, including the coil replacement in the attic was fantastic. All that being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use Yates again should I need any HVAC services in the future.

Very quick response. Heat went out recently on a Thursday and we were able to get same day service call. So grateful for excellent service!!

Great service! Annual maintenance check! Techs spent a couple of hours cleaning drain lines and clearing a/c coils as well as checking heating functions for upcoming season! Well pleased!

Very good service, really friendly people and relatively reasonable prices. We had an issue with an improperly installed bathroom vent (not Yates). Yates explained the problem and solution, scheduled, and fixed it within a few days. Would use again.

At my Mother's house the heat wasn't working. I call late on Friday and thought we would see someone on Saterday. He came by friday evening. and said it was the T-stat. Fixed it myself. Flawless!

Mathew Yates is wonderful! He has been coming to my house for several years now. He has always been professional, prompt, and had a sense of urgency during the hottest days of summer. This year I purchased a new unit. Tyler installed my new unit went above and beyond what was required! He was thorough and meticulous. He and his co-workers were respectful and did an outstanding job paying attention to every single detail. I could not asked for better service and highly recommend using Yates.

We had an issue with our air conditioner fan today and called Yates Maintenance Service. They responded quickly and showed up fast, which we really appreciated! My husband said the technicians were not only polite and respectful but also very thorough—they didn’t just fix the immediate problem, they checked everything else to make sure our unit was running properly. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, professionalism, and quality service, but Yates Maintenance did just that. We’ll absolutely be calling them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

They installed our system 2 years ago. We noticed it was not heating our home evenly this winter. They came out within 24hrs and quickly identified and repaired a piece of insulation had come loose inside the heater box. They were very polite and kept me informed. Their cost was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

During the recent snowstorm, my furnace went out around 5 pm. I could not get any help from anyone, but Yates was able to make it. The technician did an excellent job solving the problem. Great communication skills too as he explained the problem, offered reasonable solutions, and brought a positive attitude to our situation.
