Exceptional service, fair pricing, and trustworthy personnel. I found AC Heating and Air through a program with Entergy. During the hottest (and their busiest) part of the year, when my AC went down, Steve came out in less than 24 hours to fix the problem. When we discovered that I had a catastrophic coolant leak and a failed condenser coil in my 20 year old system, he quoted me a better price than anyone else to install a new one.

Just as important, he gave me multiple options and reasonable pros and cons for each. I'm a recent transplant to Little Rock and I've rarely encountered that kind of transparency.

Finally, both of the folks (Steve and Cedric) I worked with were friendly and personable. They took the time to explain things to me until I was satisfied that I grasped what was going on from a technical perspective, and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with them both.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. 5+ stars.

So happy with this company!! Our system kept loosing power and let’s just say two days in an Arkansas summer is a desperate situation. Americas Choice came promptly, knew what was wrong immediately, and was very professional the whole time. Love them and my entire household is grateful.

Few other HVAC companies were booked. I needed someone to evaluate my freon in unit. I called Steve from a recommendation from a mutual friend. He was finishing up a job and said he would come by. He was prompt and explained everything step by step. It was a sauna yesterday now this morning, it's winter wonderland. He indicated he would go a step further to evaluate airflow in attic and seal any duct leaks at a scheduled date. I recommend him to anyone who needs an A/C service. 1000 stars

Every week I meal prep, and this past Sunday I mentioned it was hot in the kitchen so we turned the AC down. A few hours later it completely shut off and wouldn’t come back on. Two sweaty nights, a loud fan, and a missed work alarm later, Steve from Americas Choice Heat & Air showed up in the morning and fixed it on the spot. The system has been running perfectly since (like a breeze, get it? 😉).

I'm writing this to persuade you to use Frog for your heating and air needs.
Frog came out after we realized we had an issue with our duct work under the house. No air coming out of two vents, and we figured there were holes. He presented our options in an understandable way and also suggested that we have all of our duct work re-done with hard to duct to bring it up to code and that is what we decided to do. Frog and his team were at our home before 7 am last Saturday and the job was done mid afternoon.

Frog ultimately had to scrap the work that another heating and air service cobbled together about 4 years ago when we had a new unit and vents installed. Keep in mind, this is in a crawl space under our home, and has a max height of about 18 inches in places, and less in others.

If your needing this kind of work, understand that it is not cheap. In more up-to-date homes maybe it's a bit cheaper, but for us, we knew it would be a little costly, and it was worth it. We have more air coming in now than we have since we've lived here.

5 stars all the way around, and I will absolutely use him again.

Went behind this guy on a new install, lot's of thing we're not right,folks beware, cheaper is not always better.

Friendly, helpful, on time!! They were great in our need for after hours help with a broke pipe. We will definitely refer friends and family to them for any need they have.

Eric was prompt, professional, efficient, and very good at his job. The bill was not cheap and the mark-up on materials was not kind. My bill was $681.38 for $73.28 in parts. But when you're in a bind, ....

The two guys that came out where great they and they where on time which is something you don't see anymore. The guys assessed the situation and gave me several options and explained the pricing . Great people great company and will definitely use them in the future.
