Came next day, technician was prompt, professional and did excellent work. Cleaned up after my leak. Even went the extra mile to make sure the replacement was the same color top as the previous which required multiple calls to locate. Very impressed!

We previously used this company earlier this year to clean our AC unit after buying our first home. The person that came out recommended having the unit clean every spring and every fall and informed us of an option to pay for both in advance. He told us that we would automatically put on the schedule for the October/November time frame. We have yet to hear anything from them trying to schedule a time to come do the service we have already paid for so we began calling daily. We have called 7 times and left 4 voicemails. None of our calls have been answered and we have not received a response to any of the voicemails left.

I was hesitant to hire a professional until I had Cracker Jack Air pros come out and look. Their guy, Storm, assured me he could get it done no problem without paying some crazy bill. I was amazed at his professionalism and knowledge of what he does. He had my house fixed up no problem and kept his promise of no over priced bill. Storm’s the man!

We hired Cracker Jack Plumbing to repair a leak
from a copper pipe we had in our bathroom ceiling. The man came and cut a hole in the ceiling and told us that he didn't have the copper to fix it and that he would patch it and return later and do a complete repair on the pipe. We were required to pay in full for the repair before he did it. He never came back. We called over and over trying to get them to return and finish but they never returned our calls. We would get their answering service and they would tell us that they would contact us. The only time we got through they hung up on us. We have an unfinished problem that we have paid in full for and no one has contacted us to set up a time to complete it.

Very professional and courteous, Billie in the office is the best, a pleasure to deal with. Andre showed up earlier than expected, was professional, personable and explained everything.
I would suggest this company to anyone.
Added: After not being able to locate the issue, we had a humming and vibration under the house whenever water was run, they came out two times until the problem was solved. Also we only were charged the original quote.
Met practically the entire staff and all are fantastic!

I had a question about wiring in a new thermostat and Shane was able to answer my question right over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the information on the spot. Most places would have just wanted to set an appointment so they could charge me a service fee. The guys at CrackerJack got my issue solved, literally in minutes and it didn't cost me a penny. This is the only place I'll from now on.

Crackerjack came out to my house and fixed my furnace! They were very respectful and fast! Definitely recommend them for any of your hvac needs!

Brandon was excellent, I called on call number late night around 10pm, Brandon was very professional and kind, he was prompt on arrival time, he took the time to explain my questions, I will be using them again for future maintenance on my furnace, thank you Brandon and CrackerJack Air Pros

My parents A/c went down and they didn't know who to call. So happy we found Cracker jack air . Very professional company answered all my questions , went beyond my expectations .
They let me know what was needed and what was going on every step of the way.

They took care of my family while I'm in another state .
I was very frustrated and stressed out but they made sure everything was thoroughly checked and recommended some options got right to work and I was able to pay while not being there and sending a invoice via email .
The process was easy and I'm very happy .

We’ve had a slow drip under our kitchen sick that has gotten progressively worse. At 5:45 this evening it became a fast drip and we got nervous so I called to see if anyone could possibly come out tonight, they said it wasn’t a problem, they were very understanding of the urgency. They were totally professional from beginning to end. They also fixed a leak we had in our laundry room while they were here, allowing us to use hot water for our washing machine again. We thought the cost was higher than expected but the service & quality of work made it easier to accept. Overall I would use them again - I would also recommend them.

UPDATE! Received a call from Brandon the District Manager. We discussed the problem and he offered an immediate solution. I was amazed at his attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He offered to do the job for a price that was more than satisfactory. David came out today and did the job in a most professional manner. I understand getting off on the wrong foot; but their response was unbelievable. Scratch everything I said in the original review.

Casey was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Had a service tech, believe it was Jerry who showed up at my house within minutes of our call ending. Jerry was extremely professional and thorough through the entire diagnostics process! Isolated my problems, provided solid resolutions to a lot of my needs and offered a fair price for all the extensive work that was needed to be done.
Had my home back to 65° with 3 days of calling in! Wonderful company and would highly recommend to anyone during this hot season!

I booked a diagnostic appointment for my kitchen faucet a week in advance on the phone. They rescheduled my appointment and offered a discount for my time. The repair guy came to diagnose my kitchen faucet but was unprepared with the proper equipment to test my water pressure. He diagnosed the diverter on my faucet as being bad simply by turning on the faucet and listening to the sound. Okay, he proceeds to tell me I need a new faucet, however he doesn’t have any in the truck. He will go to Home Depot and I agree to follow him to purchase one that I like as a replacement. After purchasing the new faucet, I arrive back to my home and begin clearing the way for him to work underneath the cabinet when he tells me his boss has called him to another job downtown due to an emergency water leak and he leaves my home without anything being done. I don’t blame him, he has to follow orders but it is unprofessional for his boss to do this in the middle of a job that they have already rescheduled once and that I have been waiting over a week to have repaired. He tells me they will call to reschedule my appointment but that was a week ago and I haven’t heard from them since. No one has apologized for taking up my time and the inconvenience or offered another opportunity to correct their mistake. He didn’t charge me the $69 diagnostic fee, rightfully so. I will not recommend or use this company again.

UPDATE: I would like to update my review by saying they promptly reached out to me, rescheduled my appointment to work around my schedule. They came to my home, made the necessary repairs and Andre did a great job. I commend their commitment to accepting responsibility when mistakes happen and to their dedication to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

These guys are great! Shane and Storm installed a new unit outside and inside and did a fantastic job! Miranda was great on the phone and even Brandon spoke to me and was very respectful. This company earned my business and I couldn’t be happier!!

Called Shane at Cracker Jack Air Pros and had a technician out within a few hours. Storm was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. They came out and did an inspection on our unit and gave me all the information needed with several options to fix our issues. He was polite and respectful of our home. Amazing service! Called on a Monday morning and had a repair man at my house within 30 minutes and our system back working within an hour of calling. Brandon was professional and personable and was very efficient! Highly recommend!

I had Crackerjack Pros come out and give an estimate on replacing my duct system. I met with Shane and he was very informative, friendly plus their price was most reasonable. We had a small glitch at the beginning but they were right on top of it to solve the problem. They came when they said, did a fantastic job and were through on time. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs any kind of air conditioning work.

I was awaken this morning to find water gushing out of my yard. The water line between our water meter and house had burst. I googled Plumbers in Anderson and found Cracker Jack Plumbing who I haven't ever heard of. They had great recent reviews so I gave them a shot and I am so glad I did. I called at 8:30am and got an appointment for 3. David showed up early and the leak was repaired by 5pm. Brittany their dispatcher did a great job keeping me updated with the process as well. I was presented with pictures showing the problem and the fix. I will gladly pay what I consider reasonable for the repairs that were made. I was very pleased.

Brandon was absolutely the best! I called, he came out same day, was very informative, honest and upfront, got my heat working on a cold December evening. Would definitely recommend!
