The experience that I have had with this company has been remarkable. I enjoyed the phone call, the service, just everything. They are awesome at letting you know if they will be running a little late. They are very professional, prompt, and give high quality service. Brandon and Mark have been such a pleasure to do business with! Every time I call th they usually come same day which is very much so appreciated with how hot it's been! Don't take my word for it trying them out yourself!

This company is an absolute scam. My parents have been trying numerous times to contact them for an install which we have reason to believe is still under warranty. We paid out of pocket for a replacement part for their condenser unit that was installed because this sorry excuse of a company refuse to return their calls and service their AC unit. They paid for a "service contract" for maintenance but have not came once to service anything. We visited their home office only to discover that the location is completely empty. Do NOT use these scammers. A more suitable name would be Jackass Crackers AC 😂

This HVAC parts store is excellent for shopping. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist you.

December 23rd in Little Rock. It is freezing and my mother’s heat is out, but for some reason, you guys are closed until the 27th. And all the days between now and then will be freezing. I am shocked and disappointed in Lennox.

Great place to recycle thermostats with Mercury. Bin up front.

I ordered multiple parts for a customers Lennox package unit that needed repaired. This company sent the wrong item after me giving them model and serial number of the unit. Once I returned the item that they sent incorrectly, they charge me a restocking fee for an item that should have never been sent to me. Moving forward I will do the least amount of business with this company as possible

This place only works with companies. Will not sale to individuals. When I told them I had already talked to all the other parts places and that they are the only ones who carry the part they said they couldnt sale it to me unless I was an HVAC company. So if your a homeowner trying to fix something without paying an HVAC company to do it your screwed. All they care about is making money.
