Was having some issues with my heating and air system, the furnace just wasn't turning on. It turned out to be a simple pilot light that wasn't on, very happy they didn't try and overcharge me for something that wasn't an issue. Overall I will use these guys for all my hvac needs in the future.

If you're delivering load here in big rig avoid this place they have 1 dock but they dont use it they'll unload you on the street and there equipments don't work properly like pallet Jack so they'll use chains to drag pallets from the trailer it takes a long time to deliver 5 pallets.but the guy who unloaded me was really nice.

I can honestly say anytime you call these guys they come out they diagnose your problem right then and there and usually have a fairly easy fix with an economical cost. They don’t try to rob your blind. That’s a fact.

TJ and the rest of the crew were very professional, courteous, and did a great job on our installation. Ray went the extra mile for us and we are truly grateful!

Technician arrived soon after scheduled time and listened to my observations of AC Tcompressor noise and altered operation. Response was quick and focused. Faulty compressor relay replaced and unit tested OK. NO trouble since.

I cannot thank 1 Call Heat & Air enough. I had a terrible first experience with a different company. Ray came out and was very patient with me. I must have asked a thousand questions, being confused and indecisive. They worked with me while I had scheduling issues that delayed the work. I truly feel they went above and beyond to get me the best system to fix all my issues with my old AC.

The whole team was friendly and professional. They worked extremely quickly and went to great lengths to keep the mess to a minimum. I think my garage floor was even cleaner after they left.
