incompetent at their job, they came out in May looked over my unit that was blowing heat put put freon in it and said unit didn't have no leaks 4 weeks later the units same unit was blowing heat again they was hard to reach the 2nd time and when they did return the home warranty company had already sent someone else out since they was unreachable this company looked over the unit again and said that there was no leaks here it is July unit is blowing to heat again if there is no leaks why the unit keep blowing heat plus anyone can look at unit and see no water is coming out so it must be a leak...don't trust this company

Best heating and air period. Don't use no one else. Super professional, courteous and on time. Mike has integrity, super hard to find these days.

They came in and revamped our entire air conditioning system!! They were on time, which is a major plus to me, they were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and most of all OUR AIR IS WORKING! Also it was very cost efficient! I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

I don’t usually do reviews EVER, but I have to brag about M&I! Prior to them fixing my AC, I spent hundreds of dollars paying other companies to try and fix my AC—which that was money thrown away bcus my ac kept coming in and out . 🤯 Thank God I came across M&I, those Guys sure know what they’re doing, they fixed my unit at a reasonable price and thoroughly answered all my questions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I used them through a home warranty company I thought the charge was high. But I talked to Mike the owner he explained everything thing to me and answered all my questions. Very nice man. Would recommend them to anyone. I appreciate them time he took with me. Not something you get now a days.

So first we called another company and they completely messed everything up. They made a mess and left without cleaning up and didn’t fix the problem!! We were so frustrated but my husbands friend referred us to M&I the owner Mike came personally to look at our issues and they fixed it. They even cleaned up!!! We highly recommended them. They are a family owned business and the girls in the office are a big help too.

I am beyond please with this company. I had issues with a prior company and when these guys were called they contacted me right away and got me on the schedule. They took time out of there day to drive 3.5 hours away to my home. Then turned around and did this again a few months later for me to instal my new thermostat. The customer service is above anything I’ve ever experience. Such an amazing company and will continue to work with them for all my heating and air needs.

M&I did a great job installing a new HVAC system. More importantly, they have stood by it and helped optimize everything since installing it (improved old duct work). They have been excellent. While I did not have a problem with previous companies, M&I has raised the bar substantially. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with this company. They came out in the sweltering heat and spent hours getting my system up and running. It works fantastic! Their rates are some of the best you will find and they make sure to get the job done right. They've definitely earned five stars in my book. Give them a call. I guarantee you'll be glad you did. I was so lucky to find them.

I just had an Entergy team out to my house in White Hall, for an AC tune up. Victor and Vincent did an excellent job with the maintenance of my AC.

Jesse was our tech for an AC drip issue and he was great! Arrived on time, called before and gave an ETA, and was very professional and pleasant. Gave us some information to prevent the issue from happening and the estimate and cost matched. Great service!
