Our AC was out upstairs, we filed a claim with the home warranty company and never heard from the first contractor. The AC had already been out for 3 days, once GF was assigned I gave them a call and they came out within 30 minutes. They worked late, and came back in the morning to finish the job. We were so appreciative! They could have done the bare minimum but made sure each component was working. Great company!

I explained to Mr Ever that my fan circuit board had gone bad. And that I had jumped around it to make my ac work. He asked my for all the information, that I would get exact factory replacement. After giving him all the information he asked for, Mr Fredy showed up a week later to get the same information. And a week later a none manufacturer board came in. Fredy with a apprentice showed up to install it. My wife called me and told me they had been there for hours and when I got home could I go help them. When I got home I went under the house to assist and he (Fredy) was on phone with help desk to install the circuit board because he blew the fuse.
After talking to him he said our thermostat was bad, I explained to him to the day he showed up our ac has been working except for the internal fan ran continuously because I had jumped it to make it work. When he showed me a photo of circuit bord he replaced, I showed him by the picture he crossed two wires up. The two wires was a direct negative from transformer and the cooling wire so when thermostat called for cooling it made a direct short. Which blew my thermostat contact. Mr Fredy called my insurance company and informed them they would not come back to house because we had a old thermostat.

Fredy did a GREAT job getting our heat back up and running. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very prompt & timely. Highly recommend!

I was introduced to this company through my home owners insurance about 4 years ago and they have been thorough and reliable since the start. As of last year the technician advised me that in the following year (2022) he wouldn't have access to the coolant for my unit because it would be outdated. So once year rolled around my home owners insurance and I were prepared for what was to come. In May, I had them to service my unit twice for insurance purposes. Fast forward to June of 22...My home owners insurance basically dropped the ball on me and I was left to pay for everything out of pocket. Throughout the entire process G&F not only continued to service my unit, but they also made me feel valued as a customer. Their response time was speedy, they were trustworthy, and they followed up with me and status of my unit the entire process. I called G&F on a Thursday around 3:30pm, after receiving the response from insurance company, so I could update them on the status of the results, and to see how quickly they could come and service my house with a new unit. They came that following Friday, at 7am in the morning, serviced me a new unit, and was done by 12pm with the entire service. They even tidied up their work areas both inside and outside the house. G&F Heat/Air reminded of what it was like to be valued as a customer, and they truly exemplified EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I am so happy with my new unit!

Gf heat and air was recommended thru my insurance company for my central heat and air not working. Unlike some of the other company working thru insurance they called back same day and responded the same day. Spoke very good English and made me understand what was going wrong with my central air unit and how to fix it. They return with the parts needed and fix everything that needed to be fixed. They were like emergency room doctors trying to make sure everything was working before they were finished. I just wanted to say thank you for real customer service and caring about your trade.

I had a great experience with GF Heat & Air. The people who came to fix my furnace were polite, and professional. They initially could not diagnose the issue, but eventually found the problem and fixed it. They explained the issue and provided education about how the furnace operates. They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good order. I would highly recommend GF Heat & Air to anyone who needs HVAC services. They are dependable, honest, and proficient. There’s good, and there’s great ,And then there’s these Guys the ⭐️PROS⭐️‼️I had a guy come by who told me I had a leak in my system and he thinks my coil is leaking and after all that I got a 2nd opinion. Well let’s just say it’s was the best thing ever plus cost effective and efficient, the Guys at GF heat & Air came the same day I spoke with them and fixed my issue less then 1.5 hours and the owner personally walked me through installing my Nest thermostat! And got my unit thawed out and blowing HEAT🔥‼️ I highly recommend these guys over any big name company. GF HEATING&AIR you have earned a life long client‼️
