Edit June 2025: my AC went out this week and I called CJ right away. After telling me they would look at the schedule and return my call or text, they would not. Then I heard from a friend that I had made a personal recommendation to that they were having the same, non-responsive experience. What's going on, y'all?

Eric was ahead of schedule and gave me time to prepare for earlier arrival. He had just left another customer prior to me but appearance was neat and clean as if I was his first customer of the day. He showed me respect, answered my questions and knew what he was doing. I felt comfortable to work on my paperwork inside while he came in and out as needed to install a new water heater. He was very personable and I will have him repair or add a couple more needs I have. And, I would also like to say a few words about Ms Brittany who was my initial contact at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. She alleviated any stress I was having related to my waterheater replacement immediately when she answered saying "Crackerjack Plumbing, how can I make you smile today?" I told her she already made me smile when and how she answered....very upbeat, pleasant and as if her voice said she was smiling. Changed my entire attitude for the day. I hope if you are looking at the reviews for this company, that you notice all of them are posted on the same day or all in one week. My opinion of the owners of the company are that they are amazing and want to do right by their customers. I own a heating and cooling company in Idaho and Montana and have nothing but the most respect for Cracker Jack Air Pros. Do your research outside of the reviews.

Shane and Storm where both very pleasant and very professional when doing my service. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing in terms I understood. The guys at Cracker Jack Air Pros did a great job on cleaning my HVAC system and getting is ready for the Summer. Storm is very thorough and detailed when it comes to making sure everything is cleaned and working right. They are very professional, were on-time, and efficient in their work. They provided me with a detailed report on how my HVAC system is running and took pictures of concerned parts and followed up with some options to consider with the repairs they suggested.
Scheduling is very easy, and you can get a hold of them pretty much any time, super friendly and excellent to work with.

Very pleasant plumber. Arrived early. But his estimate was around $375 for a job that required around $10 in parts and would be done in around a half-hour. Exorbitant so I paid the $69 charge
Will never call them again.

This is the second time we used Cracker Jack Air Pro's. Last night, we came home to a hot house and Cracker Jack couldn't make it out until the next morning. So, my husband called a highly rated AC company in the Bryant area. They came out and told us that the compressor would need to be replaced with a new system. The next morning I received a quote for 6k from them. I decided to have Cracker Jack perform a 2nd opinion, and within minutes they determined that the compressor was not causing the issue (power surge) that was noticed. The issue was just a fan replacement! They did not bad mouth the other company, but showed alot of class by stating they could see why the other technician was mistaken. Cracker Jack did a fantasic job for my family again. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks Brandon and Mark!

We had a leak due to a defect. I called Crackerjack and they weren't able to get out immediately but setup an appointment for the next morning in case I couldn't find an emergency service. After being lied to by a competitor for 4 hours. I called Crackerjack back and they showed up first thing the next morning. They were professional, efficient, and had resonable pricing. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I booked an appointment online in early February 2022 after calling their only number available a few times and getting a different employee in different locations (multiple states). Each time I called, the employees were friendly but they were not able to help me and they kept claiming I'd get a call back immediately. I never received a call back. After getting the email confirmation for my appointment, I left work early to make sure I was at home and ready for when they got there. They never showed up. I never got a call/explaination. I tried calling the number online multiple times and no one would answer. It then kept going to voicemail as if I were blocked. I messaged their service online and explained my situation, requesting a call back. It is now two weeks later and no one has ever emailed or called me. My coworker posted on their social media page as I have none on my behalf to see if she could get a reply. Someone from their local branch responded and said their site was non-operational for weeks due to covid. Why wouldn't they have this on their webpage? Why wouldn't the corporate number have any information on this? Why was I able to book an appointment, AND receive a confirmation yet no one showed or contacted me? Finally, why is there not a local number? This was the worst experience I've had with a company (after an appointment confirmation!!), and I still have never received an answer. I missed work for this and had to find other services which caused me to miss another afternoon of work. I would never recommend anyone use CrackerJack! Absolutely terrible experience.

Brandon Stowe was both professional and personable in his approach to our problem with PVC pipes that had burst during the recent freeze. He fixed what needed to be fixed, inspected the entire system and did not try to “upsell” us services we didn’t require. He is an honest & skilled plumber. We will use him and Crackerjack Plumbing again when needed!

The installer was responsive, pleasant, very professional, and delivered outstanding service. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had. I would recommend to my friends and family and will definitely be using them again for future services.

Please be aware and search yelp reviews on the owner, Brandon Stowe before using crackerjack airpros in Little Rock. He charged me $980 for AC repairs that were not needed and the wrong equipment used for my ac unit. The wrong equipment used, caused my condenser motor to overheat and shut down 10 min after her left. He returned, and told me now I needed a $630 repair to the condenser motor.
Thankfully, I was able to get a professional HVAC contractor to come out. He took photos and explained to me the capacitor put in by CrackerJack was incorrect and actually caused the motor to fail. He also showed me the other part installed by crackerjack was not even connected. Once the correct capacitor was installed my AC unit worked perfectly and without any of the parts crackerjack said I needed. I think the google reviews are false as more searching reveals the complaints against the owner of this company. Hope he is stopped.

I called this past Friday to inquire about their leak detection services & ended up requesting an appointment which they set for today (Monday) with a 2:00-4:00 window. They took my name, address, phone number, email & notes on the issues we were having. Towards the end of my window today, I called to check in. They asked for my name & address … then claimed they did not have an appointment set for me, nor did they have any of my information in their system. They then followed up with asking if I had called the correct company & did not act as if they were at fault. They stated their next window for an appointment was next Tuesday.

I find it odd their number is an 888 number, then an automated voice answers stating the call may be recorded for training purposes, a few seconds of background music, then it goes to what sounds like a persons cell phone voicemail that has not been set up yet … then hangs up on you. Someone calls back roughly 5 minutes later.

Very undependable from my experience. Clearly I wasn’t going to sit at home for another “window” next week to hope they showed up & will be using a different company that’s more reputable. This experience was in Central Arkansas (Little Rock).

We were so fortunate to have Brandon come out on a rainy Saturday. Our house is undergoing renovation and workers have removed two of our three toilets. The one left became clogged and was unable to be used. There was also backup in the kitchen sink and we could not do laundry or dishes for fear of a backup/overflow. Brandon diagnosed the problem quickly and worked to resolve it. He even had to go into town to get some additional equipment. He did all this with a smile, a pleasant demeanor and a professional attitude. We so appreciate him, his work and Cracker Jack Plumbing. We will definitely call on them for future plumbing needs!

They were on time professional and very knowledgeable. Not only did they fix the immediate problem but they also performed a complete inspection of the entire system and installed a reme halo to improve our indoor air quality. I recommend this company to everyone!!
