I had a great experience. I called because my heater didn't seem to be working and they had someone out the next day to diagnosis the problem. He was able to quickly find the problem, show it to me, and set the appointment for the very next day. He was very kind, professional, and efficient. It didn't take him long at all to fix my unit and I had heat before my guest came over for Thanksgiving!

Stevee made sure everything necessary was done. He also pointed out issues that were hindering the optimal capacity of my unit.. for instance a huge opening in my vent system coming from the unit. The tech (Cedric)came out to help and was quick, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

We almost made it through the entire summer with zero AC issues, but then it happened. All of a sudden our indoor temp was much higher than the outdoor temp.
