Excellent service! Winston came right on time, got right to work, was super courteous, and did a very thorough check on the AC unit. He answered all my questions without any condescension, which is rare these days. He also checked an out-of-the-way vent in an upstairs bathroom without hesitation when asked. Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a new packaged unit from them less than 2 years ago, a year later it kept breaking down on me. I called airmaster technicians out to service it multiple time for them to tell me it was simple dirty and needed to be cleaned, which they did and charged me 300 dollars to do only for it to break again the next day. When they came back out, they decided it was a bad blower motor but still took them over a month to document the motor failing so they could begin the warranty process. The whole time it was the middle of summer and I had to deal with a failing brand new AC because they "wanted to be sure it was the blower." They finally got the issue fixed after months of back and forth but are now refusing to issue a refund all the unnecessary work that was done. DO NO USE AIRMASTERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I have used Air Master Heating and Air for years without too many problems. But Monday, 4/28/25, I was THROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I have (HAD) a service agreement for a Fall Check-up and Summer Check-up. Well, this time when the Technician told me he was going to have to add some Freon to my AC unit, I said, okay; that's normal. Then he said it would cost me $75-85 a pound depending on how much I needed, but he would give me a 15% discount since I had a maintenance agreement. I was floored and immediately called the office while he went back to his truck. This is when things took a messy turn. The clerk said I should only be charged if Tech had to add MORE than a pound of Freon. When the Tech came back inside the house, I told him what the clerk said; then tried to get her back on the phone AND she would not answer the phone. However, I had an extra number that they gave me a long time ago and the clerk pick up the call. She said her supervisor told her the policy was changed 2 years ago. Well, that would put the change around 2023. I wasn't charged for the pound of Freon in 2023 nor for the pound of Freon in 2024. I would have felt less irritated if the clerk would have said, we just updated our policy as of 2025. I was caught off guard and I told her so because I wasn't prepared to let an extra $75-85 dollars hit my credit card. I was not happy; and I politely told her so. As a longtime customer, I feel betrayed. With prices as high as they are now, I definitely will be shopping around for other HVAC assistance. She didn't even seem to care. I am going to have keep a close eye on the Credit Card I used also. I have just lost all trust in this company. So, beware. Ask many questions before you allow anyone to do work in your home, now.

I had a BRAND NEW full HVAC system installed from air masters almost 2 years ago. The 'technicians' that installed my unit were very unprofessional and the one working in my house seemed unable to communicate with due to a language barrier. They set a fire while welding which left scorch marks in my furnace closet. They also left blood smeared on my walls and made no attempt to clean it before leaving. After the installation was complete it took another 5-6 visits with the emergency technician just charging the coolant before they decided to check for any leaks or issues with the installation, which they found multiple leaks and a part completely missing which let what little cold air it was producing escape before it got into my house. Once the leaks were finally fixed and the damaged/missing parts replaced i had to continue dealing with underperformance because the unit they recommended and installed can not keep up with cooling my house once the temperature outside reaches above 80°. Now just under 2 years later my furnace wont even turn on and im having to call a different company to come service it because I cant get a response from the company aside from their answering service offering to have an emergency technician call me back which hasn't happened after hours of waiting. This company took around 12k of my money and provided me with subpar equipment and terrible services frim start to finish. I do not recommend doing any business with them.

Airmasters is the BEST! This company always shows up quickly for service needs and the customer service cannot be beat. Lester was thorough in discussing our options for a new unit. He took time to talk to us about what our choices were and explained it all to my husband and me. The installation was started completed the very next day. Thank you to Airmasters, Lester, and all who have helped us at our house.

I just recently learned they provide plumbing services. The guys came out promptly to assess my water heater and did a great job identifying the problem and coming up with a plan to get us back in tip top shape. The guys had wonderful personalities and made the experience joyful.
