They are the Delta faucet representative for Arkansas. I called them about a broken shower handle and they had a new one sent to me at no cost. Very conscientious staff!

I can't say enough good things about Rich Sales. Since 1969 founded by Jack Rich, they have been a great source of support for the local supplier and tradesman. For years Mr. Doug Rich has carried on the business his father started and is well known by most involved in Arkansas Wholesale supply/trades. Now with the third generation at the helm, I can honestly say that I know I can continue to depend on the Rich Sales Team to give me the field support my crew needs in the area of product information, product service and availability. Andy Kella, a family man, really takes care of his people, in turn they take care of the customer. At the end of the day, relationships really make the difference. After 32 years in the plumbing service business, I consider Rich Sales one of my vital business partners. This group really does care and the customer experience they provide confirms it.

Very prompt. Willing to listen as I explained the problem and what I’d done so far to fix it. Took all that in to determine what he’d do to fix my slow drain. He’s patient, kind, and very courteous. Was very determined to solve my plumbing issue. Knows his craft and is very professional with business practices. Wish I’d known about him sooner. Provided service out of his regular area but trip charge was well justified by his professionalism and skills. BBB accredited A+ rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I agree with Martin. They called 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive and it was the wrong day. The guys was so irritable and condescending he made my pregnant wife cry.

Do not use this company!!!!! They are very unprofessional and have absolutely no communication skils whatsoever.

I was given no heads-up or time when they would arrive (which they tried to do unannounced), when I could not accomodate their schedule, I was told that I had missed my window and I had to reschedule for the next day. So I go another day without water.

Use any other company but this one, Assoctaed Plumbers!!!

The owner and son spent about an hr with me at the store helping me with my parts. Highly recommend. Also explained how to, and assembled set up to make sure i did not have any trouble. Very nice and priced right. Super helpful.

Extremely helpful staff! I needed to replace my shower's faucet stem and associated plumbers were able to quickly identify the correct part and had it in stock. This was after trying several big box stores that had no knowledge of replacement parts. Shop local for great service and knowledgeable support.

Ha ha. Don't bother going to the bath and kitchen store. They want let you in. Take your business somewhere else, they don't deserve it.

Extremely understaffed. Expect to wait a few hours in line and still get the wrong parts. The new manager Chris refuses to hire employees to work the counter. We are moving our business to Falk plumbing supply

So I went there today (02/13/23), the door was locked rung doorbell only for the guy to ask me if I had a appointment I answer "No." I called and he said theyre booked until next week.

Came by today and doors was locked with salesman inside, looked at us but did not acknowledge us to say they are close or break. This was during work hours. I don’t think they deserve a star but I had to do this to give this comment.

Jen is amazing!!!! She helped me so much when I was doing a bathroom remodel. I can’t say enough nice things about this company. They delivered my bathroom fixtures when I couldn’t go get them. Amazing place to work with!!!
