Tried to use this company and we never received a call or text back. Apparently he is so busy he can’t remember who he even talked to. Our water heater needed replacing and we were ghosted by this company.

Chris Rachal communicated with me and arrived to repair 2 toilets. He was respectful of our property, knowledgeable and swift with his work. Mr. Rachal cleaned up after his work and I recommend him for plumbing needs.

Christopher came out to our house, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he help us with our leak, but helped us with other issues. Most people that come out with our home warranty aren’t very responsive or don’t really care, but he took the time to go through everything we needed and more. Also, as a women, some men don’t direct their speech to me, but Christopher treated me just the same as my husband. Will totally call him again!!!!

Great to shop for all plumbing items

I know very little about plumbing. I had a leak from my sink disposal where the drainpipe exited. I took it apart, found a worn washer and went searching hardware stores. The first had nothing. The second had something they thought might be it but were not sure. That packaged washer was $4.29. I then went to Winnelson. The counter man immediately identified the part, even though I was too dumb to make note of the brand. He sold me the washer for 87 cents, explained exactly how to fit it in properly and encouraged me to call if I had any problems. Now I am confident I can get any part for minor repairs and get through the job with their advice.

Didn't have what I needed in stock but where able to get parts fairly quick.
We use them for all our faucet replacement and parts.
