Johnathan was our technician, he was excellent, very personable I will definitely recommend AMG Plumbing. I called Seth’s grandmother to get their phone number, I called and Spoke to Johnathan, now this is around 4:15 PM on a Friday afternoon, mind you. He told me they were booked up till sometime about a week or more away. He said where do you live? I told him Maumelle, he said he would be close, I’ll be there in about an hour to check it out. The date for installation of our new gas stove kept changing, so we had been told by our realtor that your business was a good one to call. We called and he was right. They came when they said they would and within 3 days.

They arrived during the scheduled hour. They called 30 minutes before they said they would arrived. They analyzed the leak problem, estimated what it would take, and went and bought new fixtures that were needed and were done in the amount of time and for the estimated cost (faucet repair, drain repair). Didn't leave a mess. The sinks are working much better and look better. Very friendly and worked quickly. Thanks!

These young men are awesome, respectful, and just down right wonderful. They did an excellent job in not breaking anything. They carried a fifty pound water tank up sixteen stairs and didn’t leave a scratch on anything. I’m so proud of this young company. They’re all young men who knows their stuff. They’re definitely my go -to for any of my plumbing needs. Don’t call all of those other rude guys. Call AMG YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Seth and his team do phenomenal work. I had a simple recaulking job in my bathroom and they removed all of the old caulk, cleaned it all out, and put new caulk in. The mark of a good company is when someone does the little things right. WOuldn't have anyone else do my plumbing.

Excellent experience all around! It was easy to make an appointment, communication was great (text notifications about appointment times, repairman headed to my house, and link to review photos of the complete service process), and the service was phenomenal (fast, efficient, clean, and professional). I selected AMG at first because they have been frequent supporters of our school's PTA, and the sincere service Seth and his team has shown our school only extended to their service call to my home. Plumbing this morning. My appointment was for 8-9 am. Grayson and Dexter arrived at 8 am.
I have 67 year old plumbing. The bathtub faucets
were not working properly. Sometimes I could not turn the water off. They identified the issue and made phone calls looking for parts. I am amazed this only took 1.5 hours. They are smart and professional young men. I am so happy that I called AMG Plumbing.

AMG came by and quickly diagnosed a mess under my kitchen sink that had been plumbed incorrectly by a previous contractor. They worked to find the simplest and most cost effective solution, even calling to consult their supervisor to ensure the problem was solved correctly. They were so polite and communicated problems and solutions clearly without treating me like a dumb female. I am happy with the work they did and would call them back in a heartbeat.

This job was a conversion of a tank water heater system to tankless. Their bid was fair and their approach to accomplishing the project was the best of all bidders. The crew was timely, professional and respectful of my property. They did not make a mess and tidied up afterwards. The day after completion, they responded promptly to my reporting of a gas leak. I am still getting used to the tankless system but they have been helpful in answering my questions about it.
