I called for the price of an item, I didn’t expect for a bitter old man to answer who looks like Santa clause as I was there before and received the same
Treatment. He is rudeness, short, impatient and extremely disrespectful. Can you please get some help.

Every time I have talked to someone on the phone they have been rude. When I went in the store to pick out faucets/shower heads the salesman was rude. My experience with this company has not been good. I do not recommend.

Got there, go in the door and some man(assuming employee) turns to see me and immediately and aggressively walks toward me jabbing his finger toward the door and in a loud mall cop voice says " ma'am I am asking you to step outside. You are NOT supposed to be in here. That door is NOT supposed to be open." So I walked out, and will not be back.
And if that guy with the gray beard ever reads this: Yes, I saw the sign about masks and gloves (I had my mask) and I respect your caution. But you treated me with fear and contempt when I had the legitimate expectation of customer service. Poorly done.

I would give less stars if possible. I attempted to call ahead for an order. The gentlemen who answered just seemed mad to have to deal with me. From start to finish loud and rude.I Say yes sir and thank you to everyone, Even this guy. Didn't help. I won't come back. If you don't want new customers don't be open to public.

I was referred to The Plumbing Warehouse by a friend for a kitchen and master bath I am currently remodeling. I had planned to shop at a big box store and use a discount I had. I was a bit intimidated by a specialty store. I expected high prices and an attitude, but I was wrong!
I had an idea of what I wanted from a manufacturer's website, so I also knew what the MSRP of the items would be. Tony showed me the items, we talked materials and designs that would work for my projects. He sat down, printed out an itemized list with accessories that I hadn't thought of that were necessary, i.e. shower valves & controls, connectors for disposal, etc. I was able to take this list home with their prices and compare to the big box store's. Most of their prices matched or beat the box store! Also, they carry the top quality from the manufacturer, not the "discount quality" products I have heard some stores carry to cut costs. You get what you pay for, in my opinion.
The Plumbing Warehouse knows their products and worked with my project and budget needs. Once we placed the order, they worked with my project schedule, holding my items in their warehouse until it was needed. Working with The Plumbing Warehouse was a great experience. I will suggest them to anyone.

Not a bad place but every time Drake picks up the phone I either get put on hold or I don't get much help. Maybe move him to another part of the business huh?

These guys are awesome! I was looking for a part nobody had, and if it weren't for them recommending me to another specific store, I never would have found the part! Great guys and very helpful!

Sales staff ,Nancy was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I purchased $3000.00 + of fixtures.
Disappointed when I tried to return a $12.00 shower drain cover plumber couldn't get to fit and the counter associate wouldn't take it back because it was out of the original bag. I had the receipt with the sku and everything It was not used or damaged.

He stays on top of new products that help homeowners have plumbing products that will give them years of hassle free life after installation. Whitten was a great choice. They came out to the house like 3 times for one job. We called them to inspect our gas fire place and we discovered the gas pipe was completely rusted. They came back out later to repair the pipe and then again to install a new log set. I was super impressed with the level of service, price, patience and time they gave us throught the process. I would use them again if needed.

Absolutely amazing. Fast, professional, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. We had our water heater draining into our kitchen and they were there just a few hours later and got it stopped and a new one in super quick. 10/10 will be using them from now on and will recommend to all my friends and family in the area!

Whitten does it again! Ryan came quickly to repair a pipe that was leaking in our sunroom. He located the leak and had it repaired in under 45 minutes. Excellent quality work and the price is right. We've used Whitten Plumbing several times now and we've always been 101% satisfied - best plumber in Arkansas as far as I'm concerned!

I felt taken advantage of when I asked Whitten plumbing to come by for an estimate to replace 2 washers for my outdoor faucets that were leaking. They checked it out and said it was going to be an easy and cheap fix, I walked away to speak to someone else and a few minutes later they said they were done and the total was $370. I was shocked and never would have agreed to the work for such an insane price. So then they said, we can do $333. Still, shocked, for 2 washers that cost 50 cents and 5 minutes of their time. Eventually we were able to come to $235, but at this point my respect for the company was shot because I felt taken advantage of. It's so difficult to find companies to trust to do simple tasks around the house without costing a ridiculous amount. I appreciated how they showed up on time and were nice, but still being forced to spend so much money when I barely had it to begin with made me want to ask them to just re-break it!

I’m very satisfied with the amount of knowledge Ryan had while fixing my leak. He was very good at explaining the situation and he made me feel like he wasn’t trying to sell me extras and overcharge me. I feel confident I chose the right company for my plumbing jobs on both my properties. It’s nice to know there are still honest professionals out there that actually do want to help.

Ryan is very professional, polite, reasonably priced, and above all honest. I had a pipe burst that went to an old washer hook up in my storage shed that I wasn’t even aware of, as it was hidden behind the wall. Ryan came out immediately & not only replaced the pipe, but he also trimmed & insulated the remaining remaining pipe so I’d never have this problem again. I will definitely use Whitten Plumbing from now on & would highly recommend his services.

I have used Whitten Plumbing three times now since moving to Little Rock. They have always been professional and courteous. They tell you the price before starting the work so you know what to expect. They clean up behind themselves. I will definitely continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

I have used Whitten Plumbing for several years. Ryan has always responded quickly to any plumbing problem that I had. He installed a toilet that didn't work correctly, quickly ordered another one and installed it in record time. His prices are good, and the service is great!! Definitely one of the very best!!!

I had a leaking faucet on my bathtub that had just been replaced 1.5 months ago by another company. This was the first time I used it since it was replaced and it would not stop leaking after trying to turn it off. The other company could not come out for 3 days and the only way I could turn off the water was at the main shut off to the house. I called Whitten Plumbing and they had a service man (Mike) came right out and fixed the problem. He was kind and courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again if I have future needs.

Whitten Plumbing came to my rescue again. (Mike) was again kind, courteous, professional and fixed the problem. They had a full schedule and worked me in because of the type of problem I had. Superior service. I highly recommend this company. They truly care about their customers. A rare quality in today’s world.

I work at Arkansas Family Dental. We had a leaking pipe and were unable to get a plumber out same day, but Whitten plumbing came out the next morning. They had the issue fixed and replaced a pipe on site with NO downtime! They were professional and kind! Highly recommended if you need a plumber!
