I needed to find a pressure regulator valve for the main water line going in my home. This place had all the fittings, parts, and tools I needed. Very friendly and helpful! I will use them for all my future plumbing supply needs.

I had a little hobby project that needed some piping. It was difficult for me to understand what all pieces I needed in order to get the project done, so I though “I’ll go by a plumbing supply warehouse and ask those guys. They’re going to know what’s available and have some good ideas for how to get it done.”

I spoke with Cory, showed him my project, and explained what I wanted to accomplish. He jumped in, thought hard about the pieces I needed, and spent a good 15 minutes with me bouncing ideas around and finding the parts that would make it all work.

I was concerned that they might be a “contractor only” supply warehouse. They are not and they do cash sales to the public.

At the end of the visit, I had everything I needed…most importantly I had the advice I needed to get the project done.

They had lots of plumbing items but not a gas ball valve with test port that I needed, but none of the other stores in the area did either.

Very rude. Belittled me becuase i did not know name of few parts off hand. I will never never call the place again. Also u get there and wont let u come in. Have to call. Beware they dont need new clients!

I was calling to do some price checking on a hot water heater and then when I was done check on the price I told him thank you for your time and the guy got short with me and hung up the phone and that’s no way the handle a Business even if the would have had the better price witch they didn’t I would not want to spend my money there...

Tony Morningstar was extremely courteous and helpful this morning when I visited their showroom. Great personal service and help not only from Tony but the rest of the team.

They have some really great taps and stuff, but Nancy who served us made all the difference. She was lovely and gave us very helpful advice.
